This is a one-shot IVF story set sometime in seasons 5-7. Basically, it's Scully on bedrest after their first IVF attempt. I head-canon that they were probably trying for William for quite some time.
Sort of canon-compliant except in my version of events a) Emily never happened, b) Mulder told Scully about her eggs the second he found them, and c) Fox Mulder is that baby's dad.
I've never written a fanfic before, so I hope you all enjoy! :)
EDIT: This is now an ongoing fic of IVF scenes. At some point I will mark complete.
