This of course sounds too good to be true, and eager and optimistic Bill says 'sayonara' to the big salamander in the sky. However it would in fact prove too good to be true. For a 'different time' meant five years post Weirdmageddon in dimension 46\' - specifically in Gravity Falls, Oregon and a 'different form' means a human body with all of bills metaphorical and metaphysical guts shoved inside of it.
