Summary
One evening, an intruder barges into Nelson and Murdock's office with the intention of exposing Matt's true identity; equip with a blade, handgun and camera, he hopes to capture Murdock's true self as Daredevil. Of course, nothing goes smoothly. It is found that the spat in the office wasn't just with any man; the true colours of the attacker begin to unfold, revealing a peculiar and gruesome ability that he possesses which poses a great threat to Daredevil and his friends. The ride to justice is bloody and rough.

It's not too far fetched to believe the Devil walks Hell's Kitchen.

Summary
Matt’s not at law school to make friends. Unfortunately, no one told his roommate that.
Foggy had apologized for waking Matt up, once he’d realized that Matt wasn’t asleep. Instead of telling Foggy that he hadn’t been asleep, hadn’t been able to shake the thought of Foggy dead in a ditch somewhere, Matt had told him not to worry about it. Foggy, of course--blithe, happy-go-lucky Foggy--had taken him at his word, and hadn’t worried about it.
It would be easier, if Matt actually wasn’t worrying about it. One little form, and Matt could have his protective bubble back. One little form, and he could put all his focus back on his studies. One little form, and he’d have absolutely no idea where Foggy was or what Foggy was doing.
It would be a relief, really. For both of them, Matt was sure.

He crawled in the window near the bathroom, the only one he ever leaves open. He missed the first couple of times; it's hard to identify the smell of his apartment over the iron stench of blood sticking to the inside of his nostrils. His nose is probably broken again. Third time this month. It's only a matter of time before someone starts asking questions.
If he tells them that he fell again, it's not exactly a lie.
