At eight, he begins to bend water like it's another limb. At 10, he sets the most successful traps. At 12, his mother died and he was powerless to stop it. At 16, he leaves with his father to fight a war (his second, not that he can remember. Not yet, anyway).
Not three months later, the Water Tribe fleet is ambushed, and Tobirama is injured. He gets three long burn scars on his face. To heal, his father takes him to Kyoshi Island.
When he wakes up, he remembers.
