El Corazón del Mar is a standalone interlude novella set within a larger fantasy universe currently in development!
It follows Caspian, a siren, and Jordan, a human ship captain, during eight days on a remote, uncharted island—a journey that begins as a mission to locate an ancient divine artifact and becomes something neither of them anticipated.
The story is of two people becoming parents, becoming partners, and learning to trust each other with the parts of themselves they don't typically show.
The novella ends with the birth of their child and the quiet, complete arrival of a family that found each other by accident and chose each other on purpose.
Warning: This novella is for adults audiences only, nearly every chapter contains some degree of sexual intimacy.
