    Summary

Andrew Minyard was being treated at the prestigious Easthaven Clinic after nearly beating four men to death, his mind once again deemed unfit for the world outside its walls. He had spent years being told what was real, what was imagined, and what must be suppressed. When heavier medication made him violently ill, the carefully maintained order began to unravel. Old vivid dreams returned, and Andrew was faced with an unsettling possibility: that the madness he was meant to escape may be the only thing telling him the truth.

It’s not fair. It’s all Neil can think, childish and foolish and true. It’s not fair. It’s not fair. It never has been. The tickets weigh as much as a coffin lid, as the lie that is Neil Josten. Kevin’s hand is still on top of his and his fingers tremble. Neil stares. It’s his left hand, a solid reminder of the bastion of cruelty these tickets are going to lead him to.
    “I’m sorry.” Kevin whispers.
Neil barks a bitter laugh that ravages his throat and tucks the tickets into his pocket. “Yeah, me too.”

Nathaniel Wesninski dies in a basement in Baltimore. Neil Josten wakes up on the bleachers in Millport. One of them still has to get Jean out of the Nest.

    Summary

The doctors say memory loss is temporary. The scars say otherwise.

Andrew wakes to a world of strangers—a team he doesn't remember, a twin whose grief tastes like guilt, and a sharp-mouthed stranger who watches him like a man counting down to detonation.

Neil knows the exact weight of what was stolen: the quiet mornings, the rooftop confessions, the soft touches and rougher kisses. The fragile peace they carved out together—gone in a blink.

Now Andrew has to relearn who he was. Neil has to decide how much to remind him. And when the system fails to deliver justice, Neil disappears into the dark with a plan and a promise.

The thing about revenge? It doesn’t need memory.
The thing about family? It doesn’t either.

    Summary

It was fitting that her name was Eden, most likely named after God’s first garden. She was an illusion in all the ways that mattered. Everyone liked Eden, she was beautiful and charming and funny and everyone applauded her for putting up with Damian. But Damian knew the truth. Eden was not freedom, it was a prison, and it was hiding everything that was true and real. Damian felt naked all the time when he was with her like she could see every part of him, know his very being, and yet, he would never know all of her, no matter how long he went through the miles and miles of foliage and named every fruit he saw, he would never truly know her. How could he?

That of course was all hindsight, he could say that after the fact, but it never felt like you were missing anything when you were in the Garden of Eden. It was the opposite. Being with her was like paradise, as though he’d never need anything else, anyone else. It was only after he’d been bitten that he could see the large walls covered in twisting vines that had kept him trapped, the snakes hiding in the leaves, the poison fruit.
