Work Text:
Damian was feeling unwell, surrounded by the idiots that he was forced to attend school with. At first, he thought it was because of how the children get on his nerves. Damian believed it right up until he threw up on the way to lunch.
In the nurse's office, Damian was made to lie down while she called someone. Damian suffered from a headache, nausea, and chills when Tim Drake came in the office. Damian sighed, It couldn't be Grayson or Pennyworth it had to be him.
"How are you feeling? Dick called me to come and get you because I was closer." Drake explained.
"I'm fine," Damian replied as he tried to keep his teeth from chattering.
"How is he really?" Drake turned as he asked the nurse disregarding Damian's answer completely.
"He's got a low-grade fever. A few days of rest and he'll be right as rain." The nurse told Drake.
They left the school soon after with Damian not feeling the slightest bit improved. He tried to relax as Tim handed him an empty large coffee cup, no doubt from that morning.
"Just in case," he told Damian gesturing to the cup. Damian scowled, he hated puking.
A few minutes after Tim started driving back to the manor the cup he gave me found an unintended use as Damian emptied the contents of his stomach into it. Now he felt slightly better and held a cup full of his half-digested breakfast that smelled putrid.
"Okay, I'm going to pull over and so you can dump the puke out. I have a Red Bull you can rinse your mouth out with then," Tim said in a soothing voice that irked Damian. He wasn't a victim or small child in need of comfort.
Instead, Damian rolled down his window and dumped it out right as a convertible was going by. The grey-haired old lady driving the car was flashing gang signs and undoubtedly cursing them.
"What did I just say? I'd stop and you'd pour it out." Tim laughed, "You hit that hateful old blue-haired lady. You hit her with a cup full of puke. Where you aiming for her or was that pure luck?"
They pulled over in an empty parking lot and Tim got Damian to rinse out his mouth. Tim was still laughing, clutching his ribs tears pouring out of his eyes.
When they arrived at the manor Tim was still laughing that Damian had done something so ridiculous. Damian went to bed and Titus sat right at the bottom of the covers. He wanted to forget the whole affair he didn't mean to do it.
Tim came up a little later with tea and toast. "I bring a peace offering I don't want to be puked on later now that you know it's full weapon potential."
Damian's headache had eased and he laughed until his sides hurt and he started to cough.
