All we know is that there was SOME kind of incident involving either one (1) tarantula or several (SEVERAL) tarantulas. We don't even know exactly who was involved. The first person to mention it was Inunaki, though a few more have brought it up since.

The camera moves to Atsumu and Kiyoomi arguing over something, almost toe to toe; Atsumu is rather obviously losing. Oliver, behind them, says something that Rio, beside him, snickers at. Atsumu turns his shouting at them, then picks up a ball and flings it at the two.
The camera follows the ball as it goes between Oliver and Rio, bounces off the wall and knocks into Matsuoka and Shinichi's ball pyramid. For a moment, all is silent, then Matsuoka and Shinichi are racing off as Tamaki and Yuichiro laugh and Shion takes a ball to throw it.
The camera follows it as it just barely misses Atsumu, then follows Atsumu as he's chased by Matsuoka and Shinichi, teasing, cheers, and laughter filling the room. Atsumu weaves around Koutarou and Shoyo and jumps over Guren while still being pursued.
The camera moves to Samson and Shugo. Shugo has his face in his hands. Samson is laughing as he smacks his back.]
