edgeworth pulls into his driveway, parking his car there. he sighed, unbuckled his seatbelt, and exited the car. today had been relatively normal for his standards, but if kay were to describe it, she'd say his day was boring. then again, she wasn't here to describe it, she had been already at home before him.
sebastian was staying over as well, according to kay, who had invited him before miles had gotten home. sebastian wasn't living with him, of course, he lived with judge courtney because she's his legal caretaker; for now. kay however, was his legal daughter, so she was staying with him. edgeworth smiles at the memory of the day he announced that he had... adopted, kay. it still felt so weird to say, despite having occurring months ago.
edgeworth shook his head lightly. he had to actually go inside the house, not just stand outside and reminisce. he unlocked his door and stepped inside. he was immediately greeted by the quiet sound of the jammin' ninja outro theme, and a bright glow from the tv. miles smiles slightly as he takes off his shoes and slowly walks towards the area of the tv. he spots two people on the couch, unmoving.
he walks towards it and peers over to see a sleeping kay faraday and sebastian debeste leaning against eachother while they slept. sebastian was wearing his gloves but also casual clothes, meanwhile kay had most of her yatagarasu outfit still on. edgeworth chuckles quietly, and heads into the kitchen to make them some food for when they woke up.
