Peter Parker's Senior Year... AKA How Peter Survives High School Now That His Identity Is Out

Summary:

High school has historically never been easy for anyone. However, now that Peter Parker's identity is out in the open in his senior year, he's about to find out that high school is going to get ten times harder. From filling out college applications to making sure that New York doesn't get completely destroyed to possibly finding a time conspiracy, Peter has to learn how to blend both being Spiderman and being Peter Parker into one balanced person in order to survive.

Notes:

Since I wrote the first chapter after Loki Ep. 4 dropped, this story takes place after that episode of Loki. If you haven't seen Loki yet or seen that episode, save this for later and come back to it. This is also the second story in what I'm dubbing my Disney World Timeline series, so if you haven't read the first story, you probably won't understand this. That's just a warning before you get too far.

Chapter 1: August, Prologue... AKA The First Day of Senior Year

Chapter Text

May Parker checked the time on the microwave, sighed heavily as she opened the door to her nephew's room. "Peter, come on. It's seven thirty. School starts in an hour."

"I'm up, I'm up." Peter groaned, slowly rising out of his bed and rubbing his eyes. "I'm awake..."

"Well, hurry up!" May said quickly. "Happy and I got a surprise for you!"

"Aunt May, it's not that big of a deal." Peter said exhaustedly as he closed his door and walked over to his closet, grabbing a black shirt with an atom on it and the words 'Just Break It' underneath and a red flannel, quickly changing into that and a pair of jeans. "It's just my first day of school for the year."

"It's not just your first day of school!" May argued. "It's your first day of senior year for crying out loud!"

"I'm just trying to deal with it like it's a regular, every day thing." Peter argued, grabbing a pair of tennis shoes and tying them on after grabbing a pair of white socks. "I mean, it's also my first day of school where people know I'm Spiderman. This is already stressful enough as is. I'm just temporarily erasing the fact that it's also my first day of senior year."

May sighed, flipping the pancake that was in the pan. Ever since the Disney World trip, Peter's life has essentially been go go go. Right away, when they came back, Tony formally started an engineering brigade for the biggest and brightest minds in the area, Peter was helping as much as he could with the Avengers's side project of helping Vision and Wanda build their house in New Jersey, not to mention that Peter was also babysitting Wanda and Vision's twins, Billy and Tommy, who had come to be during the Disney World trip, but also babysitting Tony and Pepper's daughter Morgan whenever they needed. Pile all that with the fact that he's also Spiderman and has those responsibilities and the kid has barely had enough time to actually sit down and accept that he going into his last year of high school. "Well, I still want you to sit down and relax for a second, kiddo. When you get dressed, come out here."

"Not like I have much of a choice." Peter said snarkily. "My room is right next to the living room."

"Calm down the sass, Peter." May said, laughing a little. "Humor me, please?"

"Okay, okay, I'm humoring you." Peter said, walking out of his bedroom and seeing Happy sitting in the couch. Happy had moved in a few weeks ago since things between him and May were getting more serious, so seeing Happy on the couch was kinda comforting. "Hi Happy."

"Hi kiddo!" Happy said, quickly grabbing the box in front of him. "Excited for school?"

"Sure, that's what we're calling it today." Peter said, focusing on the box wrapped up with blue wrapping paper. "There's not a puppy in that box, is there?"

"Why don't you open it and find out?" May asked happily.

"Happy first day, Peter." Happy said, handing Peter the box.

Peter hesitantly opened up the box, staring at what was inside. He pulled out the khaki fabric he saw, realizing that it was a jacket, the word Parker embroidered on the left corner of the front. Peter felt himself smiling and tearing up. "This is Uncle Ben's."

"He would've wanted you to have it." May said, walking over and hugging Peter from behind. "He also would've wanted to be here today to walk you to school on your first day of senior year."

"I'm not a kid anymore, Aunt May. I literally save the world on a daily basis, it feels like. I think I can walk myself to school."

"I know, but I thought that you could wear it to school today. I know that it's kinda warm right now and that it gets cold in school, but I thought that it'd be like Ben was with you." May said, letting go of Peter and walking back to the kitchen. "It was actually Happy's idea. He found it in the back of my closet and got it cleaned up."

Peter smiled, putting on the jacket. He remembered the times when he was younger that he would steal it from Uncle Ben. The jacket was still giant on him, but at least Peter can poke his hands out of the jacket now. "Thanks Happy."

"No problem kid." Happy said, smiling a little. "Go eat some of the breakfast May made."

Peter nodded, walking over to the table. A few minutes later, Peter was out the door, backpack flung over his shoulder and walking down the road to get to the subway. As Peter was walking, he noticed Tony come flying over in his Iron Man suit, the face shield lifting up to reveal Tony's face. Peter sighed, rolling his eyes. "Mr. Stark, what are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm walking you to school."

"No, you aren't. You are currently drawing attention." Peter said, noticing some people staring at him and Tony.

Tony sighed, the suit opening up the rest of the way as he started walking beside Peter. "Now I'm not."

"Oh good God..." Peter said exhaustedly. "You know I can walk to school by myself, right?"

"I know, but I'm not gonna have this moment with Morgan until she's seventeen years old. She's six now. I have eleven years to wait! Besides, you're kinda like my kid too. I've already planned a happy first day party at the tower, but I still want to see you off." Tony explained, then sighed when he saw that Peter was slightly annoyed. "I know that I can be overbearing at times, but I do it out of love. You know that, right?"

"I know, I know." Peter said, smiling a little. "I just want to make sure that I can handle this alone. I mean, I'm kinda going into unfamiliar territory, ya know?"

"That's the other thing." Tony said, he and Peter pausing outside of the subway stop. "People are probably going to talk about you because your identity is out. I'm proud that you're accepting who you are, you know I am, but I want you to ignore whatever they say. Acknowledge the good, ignore the bad, I know that we all have been ignoring whatever J. Jonah Jameson has been saying about you in that Daily Bugle podcast, but I want you to hold your head high and just... Not let anyone or anything freak you out, okay?"

Peter nodded. "Okay Mr. Stark. I'll do that, but also try to maintain as low of a profile as possible."

"I also came to warn you." Tony said nervously. "Sam is insisting on bringing you lunch today."

Peter sighed, rolling his eyes. "Why, so he can embarrass me?"

"He's saying that it's an intimidation tactic in case kids bully you for being you." Tony said, shrugging. "Steve, Natasha, Wanda, and I have been trying to convince him and Bucky otherwise, but so far it's proving unsuccessful."

Peter laughed a little. "Of course it is."

Tony looked at his watch, checking the time, before he patted Peter on the shoulder. "If I keep you here any longer, I'm gonna make you miss your train. Have a good day at school, okay?"

Peter smiled, reaching over and hugging Tony. "Thanks Mr. Stark."

"See you at the tower after school?" Tony asked, starting to walk away.

"After I pick up the twins and do a quick sweep of the city."

Tony sighed, watching as Peter started walking into the station. "You know you don't have to do that, right?"

"I know, but I'm a friendly neighborhood Spiderman." Peter argued, smiling back at Tony as he spread out his arms. "I gotta make sure my neighborhood is doing okay."

"You're gonna be late!"

"I'm going!" Peter said exhaustedly, walking down the stairs to get to the station. "See ya later!"

Peter got on the train without issue, a couple people giving him a confused look as they recognized him, but Peter just put in his earbuds and started listening to music. When the train stopped at his station, Peter got out and quickly made his way to Midtown Tech.

Ned, Peter's best friend, quickly ran towards him, a giant smile on his face as he jokingly started dancing in front of Peter. "Senior year! Senior year! We're not just kids anymore!"

"You really gotta go all Very Potter Musical on me?" Peter asked jokingly, taking out his earbuds and stuffing them back in his pocket.

"Obviously!" Ned said, the two doing their handshake.

"Hey guys!" MJ, Peter's girlfriend, said happily, walking over to Ned and Peter.

"Hey MJ." Peter said, kissing MJ on the cheek.

"Looks like we're back to witches and wizards and magical beasts, huh?" MJ asked jokingly.

"Et tu, MJ?"

"Well, one of us has to have some fun!"

"You nervous?" Ned asked.

"My insides feel like they're about to explode." Peter said, looking up at the school. "Has Midtown always been this big, or am I imagining things?"

"Okay, let's do the thing." Ned said, holding out his hands. "Let's do the thing."

Peter nodded, holding out his hands as he and Ned started reciting the main chorus of Two Player Game from Be More Chill. "Find the bad guy, push 'em aside, then move on forward with your friend at your side. It's a two player game, so when you make an attack, you know you got a brother gonna have your back. Then you stay on track and I remain on course. If they give you a smack, you gotta use your force. And if you leave your brother behind, that's lame. 'Cause it's an effed up world and it's a two player game, hey!"

"Do you two really have to do that?" MJ asked, laughing as she and the guys walked inside the building.

"Yes. It was necessary." Ned said, walking on the other side of Peter as Peter started holding MJ's hand. "Peter and I always start the school year like that. Well, not always, but it's how we started high school. If we're gonna do this all the way, we're gonna do it all the way. We're also gonna end senior year that way too. No matter what, we're each other's player two."

"Hell yeah!" Peter said happily.

MJ laughed, rolling her eyes. "Look, I gotta get to art. That's my first hour. What's your lunch?"

"I have third hour." Ned grumbled. "What about you, Peter?"

"Fourth."

"Darn it... I have fifth." MJ said, pulling up her schedule on her phone. "We all have second and sixth together, right?"

Peter checked his schedule, nodding. "Yeah... English and History."

"And then you and I have first hour robotics together." Ned said, checking his own schedule. "MJ, you and I have math together fourth hour."

"And I convinced you to take that seventh hour theater class." MJ said, pointing to Peter.

Peter nodded. "Yeah. Then my fifth hour is that film class the school offers."

"A film class? Really?" Ned asked, a bit surprised. "Is that why you aren't taking Spanish this year?"

Peter nodded. "I'm trying to play out all my options. I mean, college is just around the corner. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life."

"You mean besides fighting crime?" MJ asked teasingly.

"It's not like that pays. There's a reason why I work at Baskin Robin's when I'm not busy fighting crime or volunteering at F.E.A.S.T.." Peter said quickly. "I've always liked recording stuff so I'm trying to figure out if that's something I might want to do with my life. It's either that or engineering."

"But still, film?" Ned said. "I've never seen you actually film anything you want to show people before."

"Because most of the time, when I film stuff I film it as Spiderman." Peter said, unlocking his locker and putting some of his textbooks inside. "Since people now know I'm Spiderman, I can actually show some of the things I've filmed. It might be a good outlet for me, you never know."

"Or you could just double major." MJ suggested. "Why choose when you can do both?"

Peter shrugged. "I don't know. I'm still thinking about it."

Ned was about to say something on the current topic, but then heard the bell ring. "Guys, we gotta get to class."

MJ nodded, starting to walk away. "See you guys second hour!"

Peter and Ned quickly walked to the robotics lab, going to their usual station in the back of the room and seeing Flash stare daggers into Peter's soul as the rest of the class walked inside. Peter noticed this, sighing heavily. "Flash hates me."

"Dude, he can't hate you." Ned said quickly. "He's literally your biggest fan."

"Yeah, well, for some people, it's pretty easy to separate the masked person from the unmasked one." Peter commented, shaking his head as he thought about how easy it was for Beck to separate himself into what seemed like two different people. "I'm pretty sure he's only seeing me as Penis Parker right now and not seeing the fact that I'm Spiderman. I don't know if I should be thankful or concerned that he's not going to be treating me differently."

Ned shrugged. "Ya know... I couldn't tell ya."

The bell rang once more and their robotics teacher walked in front of the class, pulling down the screen. "Welcome back, my senior class. I hope you all had a great summer break."

"We know Parker did." Flash said sarcastically. "I mean, that's not all that hard to see. The dude got his butt handed to him."

Peter took in a deep breath. "Violence is not the answer, violence is not the answer."

"Speaking of Mr. Parker," The teacher said, walking over to his computer. "He sent me a video earlier this week that he requested that I show everyone in this class on the first day."

"A video?" Ned whispered.

"Just a small explanation video." Peter said casually.

On the screen, the video focused on Peter. It was obvious that he was filming this on a cellphone, but Peter was happily smiling at the camera.

"So..." Peter said awkwardly, backing away a little. "I'm intending on sending this to my teachers to show my classmates on the first day of school, so by this point, I bet that all of you have seen the multiple news reports covered by the Daily Bugle and the other media outlets that say I'm Spiderman. Well, it's true, I am. I'm not even going to try and deny it anymore. The reason why I did the first time was because I didn't feel ready to have that responsibility. However, now I think I am. At the time of filming this, it is currently two weeks after my identity got reveal at Epcot, which is a whole thing in it's own right. I'd be happy to answer some questions if anyone has them, but just so that we don't ask the one question that's hard to show at school..."

Peter used his web shooter on his wrist, shooting a web at the ceiling so that he could easily get on top. As soon as he was securely standing on the ceiling, Peter looked back over at the camera. "No, I do not make my own webs naturally. I made this chemical compound that allows me to shoot out webs and they come out of his device on my wrist called a web shooter. And yes, I can, in fact, stick to all surfaces. I am currently dangling from my ceiling, and to prove that I'm not editing this in post, Happy, Aunt May, could one of you come in my room for a second?"

Happy opened the door, staring at Peter as Peter awkwardly smiled back. Eventually, Happy looked over at the phone and realized that Peter was recording. "Video for your class?"

"It's to explain that I'm Spiderman." Peter explained, watching as May walked into the room.

May realized that Peter was dangling from the ceiling, sighing heavily. "Peter, what have we said about hanging from the ceiling in your shoes? You know it's hard to get the shoe prints off of the ceiling!"

That caused a laugh from the kids in Peter's class, which made Peter a little happy.

The video cut to Peter outside of the Stark's lakehouse, the camera shaking as Peter walked. "So basically, I'm also recording this to show that despite the fact that I have been to space and fought a purple version of Shrek, I'm a normal person. So another thing that has been in the news recently, not as much as my identity because I overshadowed it, thank God because they deserve their privacy, is that Wanda and Vision are engaged. We had a celebration when it first happened, but now we're doing another celebration as a surprise. Mr. Stark is hosting it since technically speaking he is Vision's father, but Wanda and Vision don't know. I agreed to come over and help set up, but I see that Mr. Wilson is already manning the grill outside which means we're gonna have good burgers for once."

Peter walked up to the porch, setting down his camera and showing off that he was wearing a short sleeved button up shirt and a pair of khakis. "I'm setting down the phone because I know that the second I open this door, Morgan, Mr. Stark's daughter, is gonna run and hug me and I don't think you guys want to see her back."

On that note, Peter opened the door. "Mr. Stark, I'm here!"

"PETER!" Morgan said excitedly, running towards Peter and jumping up to hug him.

"Oh, it's Morgan Supreme!" Peter said jokingly, catching Morgan and hugging her tightly. "How ya doing, Morganstern?"

"I finally managed to wear down Uncle Sam to let me use the shield as a sled when winter comes!" Morgan said proudly, slightly separating from Peter.

"That's awesome!" Peter said happily as Pepper walked over to the front door.

"Hey Peter." Pepper said, gently kissing Peter on the forehead.

"Hi Mama Stark." Peter greeted, setting down Morgan and hugging Pepper.

"Anyone give you trouble on the way here?"

"Sam hasn't seen me yet, so no."

"BUCKY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Sam yelled offscreen.

"I'm trying to help you!" Bucky defended.

"Well, you're helping me wrong! Let me help you the way I want to barbeque!"

"Speak of the devil..." Pepper said, hanging her head as she started walking away to deal with Sam and Bucky. "Where is Steve to facilitate when you need him?"

"He said that he and Nat were going to the store to get more chips and drinks." Tony said, walking out and seeing Peter. He held out his arms, walking over to Peter. "If you thought you weren't going to hug me today, you were sorely mistaken."

"I figured." Peter admitted, hugging Tony back.

Tony glanced over at Morgan, who was peacefully standing next to Peter. "Hey Morguna, how about you get those balloons and streams we bought yesterday so you can help Peter decorate?"

"Okay Daddy!" Morgan said happily, running back inside the building.

"You got everything squared away?" Tony asked once Morgan was back inside the house.

"Yes sir." Peter said happily. "I told Wanda and Vision that the party starts at five and they have no idea that it's to celebrate their engagement."

"Good." Tony said, noticing the camera. "You recording something?"

"Yeah. I told you about it. It's a video of me explaining my life to my class." Peter said, sounding like he has explained that for the hundredth time.

Tony walked over and grabbed the phone. "Okay everyone, listen up. If I hear that any of you are making fun of my kid because he got bit by a radioactive spider, I will figure out a way to destroy you. It won't be violent, I'll tell you that much, but I'll figure it out."

"Mr. Stark, I can't keep that in." Peter argued.

"Oh no, you are." Tony said, handing Peter back the phone. "I am going to watch this video before you email it to your teachers and I'm also going to watch you send it in."

The screen went black for a moment after that and the words, 'Mr. Stark did watch me email this in, I'm sorry he threatened everyone. Overprotective dads, ya know?' popped up on screen, which caused another laugh from the class.

The black went back to color as Peter walked over to Sam and Bucky, the two arguing as Sam flipped a couple burgers on the grill. "There's my Captain!"

Sam noticed Peter, smiling from ear to ear. "Hi Peter. Have you had your apple juice today? We know you get cranky when you don't have your juice."

"Yes, Sam, I've had my juice." Peter said to the point where you could practically hear the eyeroll in his voice. The camera panned over to Bucky. "How are you doing today, Bucky?"

"Better now that Steve isn't here." Bucky said quickly. "I love the dude, don't get me wrong, but I swear to God, he's even more possessive over this grill than Sam is."

"Well, he is the Star Spangled Man with a Plan." Peter said casually.

"He isn't though! Steve has never walked into a situation with a plan in his life!" Bucky said exhaustedly. "He claims that everything went according to plan when he never had a plan to begin with! I'm starting to think that that's a trait of all Captain Americas."

"Hey!" Sam argued.

"Do I need to remind you of when you gave the shield to the Smithsonian? That was great how that turned out!" Bucky argued back. "Or do I also need to remind you about the whole Karli situation?"

"Karli Morgenthau, may she rest in peace." Peter said from behind the camera.

Sam glanced over at Peter. "You never even met Karli!"

"Yeah, but Sharon killed her, right?" Peter asked. "She was just a misguided kid. She shouldn't have gotten mixed up in everything. She can rest in peace now that you two are trying to help make the world better."

Bucky and Sam were silent for a few seconds before Bucky ultimately said, "When did you become a wise old man? That's Steve's job."

"Oh, I've always been like this. You guys just don't notice it because of my ADHD."

That caused another laugh from the class as the video kept playing.

The next fifteen or so seconds was a speed run of Morgan and Peter setting up for the party and more and more people showing up.

Eventually, when the video went back to real time speed, it showed Wanda, Vision, and the twins getting out of the car. Tommy smiled when he saw Peter, quickly running towards him. "Uncle Peter!"

"Hey Tommy!" Peter said happily, hugging Tommy.

"What did we say about using your powers, Tommy?" Wanda said exhaustedly as she, Vision, and Billy calmly walked over. "If you're gonna break the sound barrier, take your brother with you!"

"Sorry Mom." Tommy apologized . "I got a little excited."

"There's the happy couple!" Peter said excitedly. "How ya doing, sis?"

"Motherhood is hard!" Wanda jokingly complained as she and Peter side hugged.

"You have literally been a mother for like... Three weeks at this point."

"Tommy and I are trying to make it easy for them, we promise." Billy said quickly.

"We've been trying to find good schools for them to go to, not to mention teaching them six years worth of school." Vision said, then noticed the decorations. "I thought we were just having a barbeque..."

"Surprise!" Scott said, he and Hope growing in front of the family and removing their helmets. Everyone else came out of the house, cheering and clapping their hands. "Happy engagement!"

"You guys..." Wanda said, sounding like she was about to cry.

"Who made the burgers?" Vision asked hesitantly. "I don't think I want to subject the boys to Tony's cooking."

"Don't worry. Sam made the burgers." Peter said, easing Vision's concerns.

"YES!" Wanda cheered, then stared at her children. "Uncle Sam's burgers are the bomb."

Peter turned the camera to the horizon where something was flying in. The camera shook for a second , as if Peter was jumping in the air, before the camera quickly panned over to a girl with braids who was standing on the porch and talking with a couple people. "SHURI!"

Shuri turned towards Peter, eyes wide. "What?"

"Carol and Valkyrie are coming!"

"And?"

"Valkyrie is on her pegasus!" With those words, Shuri started running off of the porch, presumably followed by Peter since the camera was shaking.

"And there go the teenagers..." T'Challa's faint voice said in the background.

A yellow fiery object and a woman on a winged horse landed by the dock when the camera stopped shaking. The fire around the yellow object calmed down to reveal a blonde woman, smiling at Peter. "Hey Peter Parker. Got something for me?"

"Hi Mama Danvers!" Peter said excitedly, hugging Carol tightly.

"Is Lieutenant Trouble here?" Carol asked.

"Yeah. Monica, Jimmy, and Darcy got here an hour ago. They're talking with Loki right now and all three of them look concerned."

"Yeah, well, who doesn't while talking to Loki?"

"Hey Peter. Hey Shuri." Valkyrie said, getting off of her pegasus.

"Hi Valkyrie..." Shuri said, focusing on the winged horse.

Carol seemed to notice that Peter's attention was on the horse too as she laughed and said, "Hey Val, I think they want to pet your pegasus."

"Is that why you two ran over here?" Valkyrie asked, crossing her arms.

"And also to say hello!" Peter said, defending himself.

Valkyrie rolled her eyes. "Yes, you guys can pet the pegasus."

"Yes!" Shuri cheered. "Have I mentioned how much I love you both?"

"Yeah, yeah." Carol said, rolling her eyes.

"I love you Mom!" Peter said as Valkyrie and Carol walked away.

"Love you too!" Valkyrie and Carol said in unison, walking towards the rest of the group.

"This is so cool..." Peter said excitedly as he pet the pegasus.

The scene cut to the Avengers standing in front of the house as Peter ran over to stand with everyone else. "Everyone say cheese!"

After ten awkward seconds of smiling, Tony said, "Pete, the flash on your phone isn't going off..."

"Hold on, let me just..." Peter said, running around to the back of his camera. "Shit... I was recording the whole time!"

"PETER!" The group said exhaustedly.

"How long is this video?" Flash asked bluntly.

"It's almost done." Peter said exhaustedly. "Work with me for once, dude."

"Okay," Peter said, the sky a little darker than it was in the previous clip. "So I've kinda been forgetting to film because we're in celebration mode, but I'm gonna leave the video here. TL;DR, I filmed this to kinda prove that I'm still a normal kid. I know that things are bound to be different since my identity is out, but I would really appreciate it it if you guys treated me like a normal person. I don't want anyone to see me as just Spiderman because I was Peter Parker first. That's it and I hope we have a good year together. Bye."

The video cut off and a couple kids glanced over at Peter hesitantly as their robotics teacher said, "I bet you all have a lot of questions for Peter, but you can ask him after we go over the syllabus."

That was essentially how Peter's day went for the first half of the day. By the time lunch came around, Peter was hungry and exhausted. He sat down at a table in the corner, taking out a sketchbook so he could doodle, but then grew surprised when he heard two trays get set down on the table in front of him. Peter looked up and saw Betty Brant and Jason Ionello, the two news anchors for the Midtown Morning News, sitting across from him. Betty cautiously smiled. "Hi Peter..."

"Hey guys." Peter said, closing his sketchbook. "What's going on?"

"So you're Spiderman, right?" Jason asked. "The news report didn't lie?"

"Jason!" Betty chided.

"What? We were going to ask him anyway! You've heard the rumors around the school!"

Peter laughed a little, shaking his head. "Betty, it's okay, seriously. And to answer your question, Jason, I am Spiderman. The news wasn't lying about that."

Betty smiled a little. "Is it okay if I hug you?"

"Um... Yeah?" Peter said hesitantly.

Betty got out of her seat and hugged Peter tightly. "Thanks for protecting us, Peter. You saved our lives multiple times at this point. I feel like you deserve a thank you."

Jason nodded in agreement. "Yeah. Seriously, dude. Thanks."

"It's what heroes do, right?" Peter asked jokingly.

"How..." Betty asked, letting go of Peter and sitting back down in her seat. "How did you get super powers?"

"You're not interviewing me for the morning news, are you?" Peter asked.

Jason shook his head. "No, of course not. We may be news reporters, but you deserve your privacy."

"We just want to know as friends." Betty added. "I mean, I still remember the dorky kid from grade school who was freaking out because Iron Man complimented him one time at a Stark Expo. Now you're hanging out with him almost every single day."

"Remember that field trip we went on freshman year?" Peter asked.

"The field trip to Oscorp to learn about their bioengineering program?" Betty asked as Peter nodded. "Yeah, I remember."

"Well, they were doing some experiments on some spiders who were born in this radioactive waste area. One of them got out, bit me while we were on the field trip, instantly died after biting me, and now I have superpowers." Peter explained, shrugging. "That's the gist of it, anyway."

"Did the same thing happen to the other one?" Jason asked gently.

"Sorta... Roxxon was doing some experiments while we were gone after the Snap to try and recreate what happened at Oscorp. One of those spiders got out, bit Spiderman, and then he also got powers." Peter explained, opening up his notebook to start doodling again. "He actually has bioelectricity and he can turn invisible, both stuff I can't do."

"So... Do you know who he is?" Betty asked.

"Yes, but for sake of privacy, I'm not gonna say who he is." Peter said quickly. "I mean, I had my privacy stripped away twice and I want him to actually choose when he gets to reveal his identity."

"How are you doing with that, by the way?"

"It's... Been an adventure." Peter admitted. "I mean, a couple authority figures treat me differently. The police especially because when I try to help out, they tell me I shouldn't because I'm just a teenager."

"Still, getting your identity revealed at Epcot of all places, what a hell of a way to go, huh?" Jason asked teasingly.

"Well, if getting my identity revealed is good for one thing, it's giving Wanda and Vision their privacy so that they can enjoy their moment in peace." Peter said, getting his cellphone out of his pocket and checking for text messages. "They got engaged the same day. My identity getting revealed just gave them their privacy."

"Why did Tony Stark cover it up the first time anyway?" Jason asked.

"Because he wanted me to choose when I was going to reveal it. After the Epcot thing, I decided that I shouldn't hide who I was, so I just decided to ride it out."

"Pretty brave." Betty commented. "You think it's gonna effect college admissions?"

"Probably." Peter admitted. "If anything, I'll probably get accepted into a lot of colleges, so I'll have a lot of options."

"True." Jason agreed. "What college wouldn't to claim that they had Spiderman as a student? You gonna put that on the applications?"

"Not for most of them. I mean, they'll probably figure that out anyway, but... Ya know."

"You gonna eat?" Betty asked.

"Eventually. According to Mr. Stark, Sam is stopping by with my lunch that I didn't ask him to drop off, but Sam hasn't texted me to find out where I am." Peter explained.

"Guys, look!" Someone towards the front of the cafeteria yelled. "It's Captain America!"

"There he is..." Peter said exhaustedly, looking up and seeing Sam and Bucky walked through the crowd to find him. "And he brought Bucky with him. Why am I not surprised?"

"Do you not like them?" Betty asked.

"No, I do. Ya know how families have at least one uncle who makes fun of you and teases you relentlessly out of love?" Peter asked. "That's Sam and Bucky in a nutshell. I love them, they just like to tease me. The first time they met MJ, Sam literally asked 'What is it with the Stark men and falling in love with women who are much taller than them?'. I love them, I really do."

"There he is!" Sam said happily, smiling widely as he lifted up his goggles. He was wearing his new suit, probably to make a show of it when he dropped off Peter's lunch, and Bucky was awkwardly standing behind him in a pair of jeans and a dark blue T-shirt. "How's your day going, Peter?"

"It's going surprisingly well." Peter said, sighing a little. "Didn't Mr. Stark say that I wanted to keep a low profile?"

"Yeah, well, that's gonna be hard." Sam said, laughing a little. "I'm just wearing the suit because I had to film some weird videos today..."

"You're replacing Grandpa?" Peter asked jokingly.

"Did Steve really have to film all those videos?" Sam asked. "It's ridiculous! Like, I feel like kids know to do their school work. Do I really have to tell them to do their homework when I'm not related to them?"

"You know that I'm gonna be making fun of you for them once I see them, right?" Peter asked, smiling a little.

"Yeah, I know." Sam said, sighing heavily. "You already make fun of Steve for the detention video. I'm gonna be made fun of for years..."

"Especially when Morgan sees them." Peter agreed, glancing over at Bucky. "Hey Brooklyn. How ya doing?"

"I'm alive, Queens." Bucky said, setting a red cardboard McDonald's box on the table. "We brought you a happy meal, by the way. It came with an apple juice, so hopefully it gives you the energy you need."

"Thank you." Peter said, rolling his eyes a little as he opened the box.

Instantly, something small popped out of the box and landed on the ground. The small thing instantly grew in size to reveal Scott Lang, happily smiling at Peter as he removed his helmet. "I'm here too!"

"Oh my God!" Peter said excitedly, getting out of his seat to hug Scott.

"Oh, so you get up to hug him, but not us?" Sam asked teasingly.

"Um... He's a part of the Bug Squad." Peter answered, causing Jason and Betty to laugh. "Not to mention, he lives in San Francisco. You both commute up here during the week."

"Well, I'm not gonna be in San Francisco for a while." Scott explained.

"What's going on?" Peter asked, letting go of Scott. "There's not another warrant out for your arrest, is there?"

"No, that part of my life is long gone." Scott said quickly. "My daughter, Cassie, she got accepted into Brooklyn Visions on a science scholarship and her mother didn't like the thought of sending Cassie out here by herself without her family, so Hope and I offered to move out here to New York in case she needs anything, especially since the two of us have been living with my ex wife and her husband since I lost my house during the Snap. Bucky has been helping me look for an apartment in Brooklyn all day, then when he said that he and Sam were bringing you your lunch, I decided to hide inside the box and surprise you."

"That's awesome!" Peter said happily. "I have a few friends from W.E.B. who go there. I can ask them to keep an eye out for her."

"Actually, you'll be doing that anyway." Scott said happily. "Tony managed to convince her to join W.E.B., so you'll be meeting her today."

"Cool!"

Sam glanced over at Jason and Betty, who were awkwardly smiling at him. "Are these friends we don't know about?"

"Yeah." Peter said, motioning to Jason and Betty. "This is Jason Ionello and Betty Brant. They're the news anchors for the Midtown Morning News."

"We aren't interrupting anything, are we?" Bucky asked cautiously.

"No, we were just talking." Betty said quickly. "It is an honor meeting all of you."

"Yeah, definitely." Jason agreed.

"Awesome." Sam said happily, checking the time on the clock on the wall. "Shoot... I gotta get back to filming. Let's go, guys."

"We'll see you at the tower later, Queens." Bucky said, he and Sam starting to walk away.

"There's a ten pack of nuggets in there." Scott said, following the two out. "I ate the four pack that originally came with it."

Peter nodded. "Thanks Scott."

"See ya later, kiddo." Scott said, quickly following Sam and Bucky out of the cafeteria.

As soon as they were gone, Betty looked over at Peter. "Bug Squad?"

"We have a lot of people themed after bugs on the team." Peter said, shrugging as he dug into his food. "It's honestly kinda scary..."

The rest of the day went by, and soon enough, Peter was on the roof of the school, changing into his suit before he swung to meet his fellow spider, Miles Morales, on the rooftop of Brooklyn Visions.

As soon as Peter landed on the roof, Miles made himself visible, the two doing their own handshake. "Hey dude!"

"Hey Miles!" Peter said happily. "You ready for a quick patrol?"

"Yeah." Miles said, the two putting on the masks before they started swinging. "Where are the twins going to school again?"

"Somewhere in East Harlem." Peter said as the two swung through the streets. "I already have the school programmed into my suit. We'll do a quick scan of New York, then go pick them up before reporting to W.E.B.."

"Sweet." Miles said as music started pumping through the headset that was inside his mask. "A Goofy Movie, nice."

"Why thank you, sir." Peter said jokingly.

The two swung around New York, catching up on what happened that day at school, until they got to Billy and Tommy's school. As they landed on the roof, Miles said, "Okay, what's the plan?"

"Well, Billy and Tommy should be below us." Peter said, sticking one of his webs to the AC unit on top of the building. "I'm gonna make an entrance."

"Dude..." Miles said exhaustedly as he watched Peter descend from the roof.

Peter went upside down until he got a look at the other fourth graders, smiling when he saw Billy and Tommy smiling back at him. A couple teachers paused, as if trying to figure out what Peter was doing there, before Peter took off his mask and said, "Hey everyone! I'm here for my nephews."

"Uncle P!" Billy said excitedly, running forward as Peter flipped so he was right side up to make it easier for Billy to hug him.

"Hey Billy!" Peter said excitedly. "First day of school go okay?"

"It was awesome!"

Tommy looked over at his classmates, crossing his arms as he walked over to Billy and Peter. "We told you our uncle was Spiderman."

"Excuse me..." One of the teachers said hesitantly, walking over to Peter. "I'm Billy and Tommy's homeroom teacher."

"Nice to meet you, ma'am. I'm Peter Parker." Peter said happily, holding out his hand.

"Yes, I can see that. I just have one question..." The teacher said gently. "Well, two, actually. One, are you always going to pick up the boys in that suit?"

"No. I just wanted to make the end of their first day memorable since they've never been to school before." Peter said happily. "They've been learning from their father and we're hoping they actually learn something besides Shakespeare."

"No, they're doing fine." The teacher said, staring at the twins. "They're doing really well for the first day."

"Mom says we inherited Dad's brain." Billy said proudly.

"And his tough skin." Tommy added.

Peter laughed, shaking his head before he said, "Me and my fellow spider did a quick patrol before coming here. Only time I'll be coming in my suit from now on is if I have to stop a bank robbery or something during school hours."

"That's... The other thing." The teacher said nervously. "Billy and Tommy's last name is Maximoff."

"Yeah, but I call them the Minimoffs." Peter said happily.

"Their last name is Maximoff." The teacher reiterated.

"Yeah... I'm missing the point here." Peter said uneasily. "Are you asking if their mother is Scarlet Witch?"

"Yes..." The teacher said gently. "She said that their father was working out in New Jersey and that she was too busy to pick them up, but she didn't tell me that their uncle was an Avenger when she said that he was going to pick the boys up..."

"All of our aunts and uncles are Avengers." Billy said quickly.

"Yes, their mother is Wanda Maximoff." Peter said quickly. "She runs the Harlem branch of F.E.A.S.T. during the day, so she asked me to pick up the boys. Is that going to be a problem?"

"No, no." The teacher said quickly. "I just didn't know."

"Are the twins free to go? I'm running late to a meeting right now." Peter asked politely.

"Yes, yes, of course."

"We'll see you tomorrow, teach!" Tommy said, the three quickly walking away.

"Spiderman, come on!" Peter yelled, pulling down his mask as Miles landed beside him. Peter glanced down at the boys. "One of you climb on my back, the other climb on Spiderman's."

"I'll get on Uncle M's." Tommy said, climbing onto Miles's back.

As Billy climbed onto Peter's back, Peter glanced over at Miles. "Dude-"

"I'm not gonna drop him!" Miles said quickly.

"You drop him, it's on me." Peter said, patting Billy's hands around his neck. "I don't want Wanda to literally murder me."

"He'll be fine!" Miles said, the two swinging back towards the tower.

Fortunately, the group landed safely on the balcony. Billy and Tommy slid off of Peter and Miles's backs as the group walked inside. Peter announced, "Mr. Stark, we're here and headed down to the lab!"

"Okay!" Tony said from the couch. "I got two new webbies down there that you need to show around."

"Got it." Peter said, taking off his backpack. "I'll go change so I don't look like a complete lunatic. Miles, you take the boys downstairs."

"Got it." Miles said, walking over to the elevator. "Come on, guys."

Peter quickly changed out of his suit and back into what he wore to school sans Uncle Ben's jacket, then walked over to the elevator and went down to the W.E.B. level of Avengers Tower. Waiting by the elevator was two blonde girls, one with blue eyes and wearing a Brooklyn Visions uniform and the other with dyed pink tips. Peter smiled at the two. "Hi guys, you must be the new recruits Mr. Stark told me about. I'm-"

"Peter Parker." The blonde girl with the pink tips said, holding out her hand. "I'm in your film class at Midtown. Gwen Stacy."

"Right, Gwen. Hi." Peter said, shaking Gwen's hand. Peter looked over at the other girl. "You must be Cassie Lang?"

"My dad showed up at Midtown today, didn't he?" Cassie asked, shaking Peter's hand once he let go of Gwen's.

"Kinda, yeah." Peter admitted. "He told me you were joining. It's great to finally meet you."

"Same here. He talks about the Bug Squad a lot." Cassie said, laughing. "Show us around the lab?"

"Yeah." Peter said, leading the two to the main hub where a bunch of teenagers were working at their different work stations. "This is the main hub, host to many dance parties and two o'clock crackpot ideas."

"Dance parties?" Gwen asked.

"We try to keep the creativity flowing." Peter explained.

"'Scuse me!" A boy with wavy brown hair said, pushing past the group. "I need more metal!"

"You're still trying to build your own?" Peter asked.

"If I could build it in a barn in Tennessee in the middle of winter, I can build it in a lab!" The boy argued.

Peter laughed nervously. "That's Harley Keener. He helped Mr. Stark during the whole fire people incident a few years ago. He's a college student now, his first year at NYU, so he's the oldest one here. He's trying to make his own Iron Man suit."

"Are they the youngest?" Gwen asked, motioning to Billy and Tommy as they played with a squirrel at a girl with red hair's station.

"Actually, they aren't members of W.E.B.. I'm babysitting them until their mom gets off of work." Peter said, motioning to an African American girl who's hair was pulled back into two puffs on top of her head as she made a robot dinosaur. "Lunella over there is actually the youngest. She's a nine year old super genius. How you doing, Nella? Did Doreen pick you up okay?"

Lunella looked up from her project. "She did, but I'm hungry and I don't want a nut bar."

"Understandable. Doreen's nut bars are an acquired taste." Peter agreed. "I think I have some fruit snacks in my area. Does that work?"

Lunella nodded, getting off of her chair. "That's fine. They're on top of the mini fridge, right?"

"Yeah." Peter answered.

"You have a mini fridge?" Gwen asked.

"I have a high metabolism, so I need to eat a lot." Peter explained. "I just burn through everything."

"Is that a spider thing or-" Cassie started to ask.

"Hell yeah it is!" Miles said, walking over from his work station. "I'm Miles Morales. I'm the other Spiderman."

"Should you be-" Gwen started to ask.

"We're all kinda open about it around here." The red haired girl with the squirrel said, the squirrel climbing onto her shoulder and making the pink ribbon around it's neck as clear as day. "I'm Doreen, by the way. Doreen Green. You two want a nut bar?"

"Don't do it." Lunella said, walking back over to her station. "They're really bland."

"I'll have one." Gwen said as Doreen handed her a bar of tightly packed nuts covered in salt. Gwen took a bite of the bar, nodding with approval. "Kinda salty, but also good."

"What's the deal with the squirrel?" Cassie asked.

The squirrel started making noises and Doreen said, "Chippy, calm down. She doesn't know you!"

"Doreen was born with the powers of a squirrel." Peter explained. "We don't entirely know why, our current theory is that her mother somehow got bit by a radioactive squirrel without knowing while she was pregnant with Doreen. Either way, Doreen can communicate with squirrels among other things. She understands everything Chippy is saying."

"Other things?" Cassie asked.

"Yeah, she currently has a tail tucked into her pants." Miles said, motioning to the slight lump in Doreen's baggy pants. "It's like... Three feet long. Mr. Stark doesn't know about it so we just haven't told him."

"Really?" Gwen asked.

"We share just about everything." Doreen said, shrugging. "We all keep it a secret. Anything you guys want to share here, it's safe with us."

"Hey, who are the new people?" An African girl said, walking over to one of the empty work stations and getting out a pair of gauntlets.

"Onome, these are the new W.E.B. members. Gwen, Cassie, this is Onome. Her father is one of Wakanda's best engineers. While Shuri, the princess of Wakanda, was gone during the Snap, Onome over here managed to take over Shuri's job and is part of the reason why Wakanda stayed afloat during those five years without an official monarch." Peter explained, then glanced over at Onome. "By the way, I got a text from Shuri while I was at school."

"You did?" Onome asked excitedly.

"Yeah. Shuri told me to tell you that she, T'Challa, Okoye, and your father are extremely proud of you and that you're going to do great at your boarding school here in New York."

Onome beamed with pride as she stared down at her gauntlets. "I am going to continue to try and reverse engineer these things."

"So do you guys just make weapons here?" Cassie asked.

Peter shook his head. "Not technically. W.E.B. stands for Worldwide Engineering Brigade, so our goal here is to build things to try and make the world better. There's three other members of W.E.B. who aren't here yet and they really help us with that. That would be my best friend Ned and Miles's best friend Ganke, our guys in the chair, and they help Miles and I out with missions and try to help us figure out ways to help the neighborhoods of New York. We start here and hopefully figure out how to extend our grasp out of the city. The other person is my girlfriend, MJ, and she draws up the plans and gives us ideas on a smaller level."

"What's one thing you guys are doing to figure that out?" Gwen asked.

"Green Stations." Doreen said, pulling up a picture of a white greenhouse on top of a building and showing it to Gwen and Cassie. "This is our first successful idea. Basically, they're self sustaining greenhouses on top of roofs in the poorer parts of the city to encourage healthy eating and clean air."

"That's really cool." Cassie said, walking over to an empty station and setting down her bag.

"Have you guys had a lot of unsuccessful ideas, then?" Gwen asked.

"Definitely." Lunella said, glancing over at Peter. "Peter especially."

"Hey, my suit improvements aren't that bad." Peter said defensively.

"The spiderbots." Harley said, walking back into the lab with some sheets of metal to use as plating.

"That was one time!" Peter argued. "And we got... Most of them out of the ventilation system!"

"Are there spider robots up there?" Gwen asked, nervously looking up at the vent above Cassie's station.

"As far as we know, no." Lunella explained. "Mr. Hawkeye has been keeping us updated since he spends most days in the vent system. He's either up there, eating in the kitchen, or back home with his family."

"Anything up there, Clint?" Peter asked, yelling that in the direction of the vent.

"Not that I can tell!" Clint Barton's voice rang out of the vents.

"Thank you!" Peter yelled. He nervously smiled at Cassie and Gwen. "The newer Hawkeye, she's also technically a member, but she stops by maybe once a month and it's to figure out how to upgrade her arrows."

"So how did the spiderbot thing happen?" Gwen asked, sitting down at Peter's station.

"Well, you know what they say," Harley said, focusing on the breastplate of his suit. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."

Peter sighed, starting to work on a new suit prototype. "Billy and Tommy's mother and father, Wanda Maximoff and the Vision, they're getting married. When Vision proposed to Wanda, he showed her a deed for property in New Jersey. It was literal property. A house was on it, but the specific town in New Jersey he chose was hit really hard during the Snap, so that house was torn down and the area is trying to rebuild itself. We finally got the building plans finalized at the beginning of the month, and as an engagement present, Mr. Stark is paying for construction. The Avengers are insisting on helping to build the house and I got put on babysitting slash clean up duty. I built the spiderbots to help with clean up as a way to get rid of excess waste while we build. In case something was too big for one bot, I added in a self replication program."

"Oh, I see where this is heading." Gwen said excitedly.

"They got stuck in self replication mode." Onome said, taking over for Peter. "The tower was covered in them. It took hours, but we finally found and destroyed the original bot that replicated itself which destroyed the copies... As far as we know. We only know that it destroyed the copies that we could see."

"None of the other Avengers know about it, so keep it on the DL, okay?" Doreen pleaded. "The only reason why Mr. Barton knows is because we asked him to keep an eye out in the vents for any."

"Got it." Cassie said, grabbing a piece of paper from her station and starting to draw. "Do we have access to Pym Particles?"

"Um... Yeah." Peter said hesitantly. "Why? Can't you just ask Hank for some yourself? I mean, isn't he kinda like your grandpa at this point?"

Cassie sighed. "If I ask Hank, he'd ask what they're for. Then I'd have to tell him and he would tell me no and say that it's too dangerous."

"Then there's probably a good reason for that." Harley said, looking up from his project. "What do you even want to do with them?"

"Right before the Snap, my father entered the Quantum Realm and stayed there for five years until a rat let him out. He's kinda the reason why time travel was invented in the first place. I want to figure out a way to safely get to the Quantum Realm and find out what's down there." Cassie explained.

"Well, how do you even know that there's something down there?" Miles asked.

"Well, since my dad is dating Hank Pym's daughter, I spend a lot of time with Hank and his wife Janet. Janet spent like... Twenty years in the Quantum Realm before she came back to us. She told me that there is a city down there and that the only reason she lived for as long as she did was because someone from that city helped her." Cassie said, writing down a couple ideas. "The Quantum Realm is supposed to be unlivable. If that's true, why is there a city there? What's it's purpose? I have a theory, but I need confirmation."

Peter, Loki Laufeyson is coming up in the elevator. A female's voice said over the intercom.

"Let him in."

Of course, sir.

"Thanks Sharon." Peter said happily, then looked back at Cassie. "What's your theory?"

"When my dad first came back from the Quantum Realm, he kept crying about how he thought he was only gone for five minutes, not five years, and that he missed watching me grow up. That's probably why he even agreed to move out here in case I needed anything." Cassie explained as Loki came walking out of the elevator. "Time moves differently in the Quantum Realm. What if that city is some... Organization who's goal is to make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to."

"What, you think there might be some organization out there determined to keep time moving in one straight line?" Lunella asked, causing Loki to freeze. "That's ridiculous. Have you ever heard of the butterfly effect? For every choice you make, there's a cause. There have to be alternate realities out there where we made different decisions. That's what makes sense."

"I know, but... Peter, you were on Titan with Dr. Strange, right?" Cassie asked, nobody entirely acknowledging Loki's presence.

"Yeah."

"My dad told me that during the time travel mission, everyone kept talking about Dr. Strange saying that they had one shot. What does that mean?"

"Before we fought Thanos on Titan, Dr. Strange looked forward in time at 14,000,605 outcomes for the fight. He said that in only one of those timelines we won."

"Doesn't that sound a little suspicious?" Cassie asked. "There have to have been other realities where we won."

"And what would've happened, Mr. Stark would've..." Peter started to say, then remembered more about the day they won. "Now that you mention it, Dr. Strange looked surprised when we won."

"He did?" Miles asked.

Peter nodded. "Yeah, I remember it. Pepper, Rhodey, and I thought that Mr. Stark was dying. I begged him not to, Pepper told him it was okay, and then F.R.I.D.A.Y. said that he was in critical condition and that she had called emergency services. I was hugging Rhodey at the time, but now that I remember it, when F.R.I.D.A.Y. said that, Dr. Strange backed up in shock and looked around for a second, as if looking for something to pop up that didn't. Next thing we know, Mr. Stark is in the hospital, Steve goes back to return the stones and comes back with Gamora and Natasha, Wanda goes to a forest in Montana to grieve over Vision, only to get him back, and Loki pops up and said that he never died with the rest of Asgard in the ship to Midguard which everyone believed because Loki never dies."

"What if he was looking for someone to erase the timeline or something?" Cassie asked. "What if this isn't the future Dr. Strange was talking about?"

"Then wouldn't all this have been erased already?" Doreen asked.

"What if someone made those people promise not to erase this timeline?" Cassie suggested. "I just want to figure out what happened to my dad and what that city is."

"I'm not interrupting, am I?" Loki asked innocently, standing by the door.

"No, Loki, of course not." Peter said quickly. "What's going on?"

"Tony sent me down here to get everyone for pizza." Loki explained. "Wanda also called Tony and told him that she and Vision are gonna join us for pizza ASAP."

"Oh, cool." Peter said, looking around at the kids. "Upstairs for pizza!"

The teenagers cheered and made their way to the elevator. As the kids entered the elevator, Billy turned around to look at Loki. "You gonna come with us?"

At that moment, what passed for Loki's cellphone, an out of date touch screen, started ringing. Loki innocently smiled and pulled out the phone, reading the ID. "I gotta answer this real quick, kiddo."

"Okay! I'll save you a slice of cheese!" Billy said chipperly as the door closed.

Loki glared at the phone, quickly answering it as soon as the doors were closed. "What, Mobius?"

"Are you sure it's truly safe to stay in this timeline?" Mobius asked over the phone. "I mean, we escaped alternate reality 2012 almost a year ago, but the TVA could still be looking for us."

"This again?" Loki asked exhaustedly. "Look, for the moment, we're fine, okay? All of us are maintaining a low profile. This timeline has already gone off the rails for what the TVA really wants that it's going to be hard to rein the branch in. We're safe here. I know we are. Ravonna is not going to be able to find any of us in this mess. We've been fine for a year."

"I thought I saw a hunter."

"Are you sure it wasn't B-15?" Loki asked. "You haven't been sleeping these past couple nights. I think you're starting to hallucinate."

Mobius sighed on the other end. "You really think so?"

"I do. You trust me, right?"

"Against all my better judgement."

Loki laughed a little. "Listen, I gotta go. At the tower, Stark ordered a bunch of pizzas to celebrate the fact that Peter made it to senior year. I gotta make an appearance."

"You know, everyone here is getting a little restless."

"I know. Trust me, I'm trying to figure out how to introduce everyone to the Avengers. It's not easy." Loki explained. "I know that they'd have questions and I'm trying to figure out the best way to explain everyone without getting too many questions."

"You'll be home tonight, right?"

"Yeah, I'll be home." Loki said, smiling a little. "Keep the bed warm for me?"

"I hope you'll be coming home at a decent hour this time." Mobius pouted. "You going to Disney World a few months ago was ridiculous. I'm still jealous that I didn't get to go."

"Well, if Tony knew about you and everyone else, I'm sure you would have been invited. I'll see you in a few hours, okay?"

"Okay. I'll pass the message along to everyone else."

"Bye."

"Bye." Mobius said as Loki hung up the phone. Loki looked back over at Cassie's station, remembering what she had talked about. If that city was the TVA... Loki shook his head, trying not to think about it as he walked to the elevator. If she even figured out how to het to the Quantum Realm in the first place, that was going to be an issue for another time.
