They sit on the rooftop, shoulders gently touching, watching quietly as human children below laugh and shout with each other as they play with sparklers. Anna gently rests her head on Kamilah’s shoulder with a sigh as the firework show begins.
“Are you having a good time?” She asks before leaning up to make a trial of gentle kisses on her wife’s neck up to the base of her ear, carefully nibbling around the earring her wife is wearing. She ignores the breathless gasp Kamilah makes before kissing the base of her neck.
“You little tease, I can think of more interesting ways to have a good time with you than watching this.” Kamilah responds before gently angling her head up to catch her mouth in a deep kiss.
