All right people the time has come for the biennial Vital festival. This will be the General discussion thread for the festival tournament leading up to and during the fights. As of now, we are one month away from the big day.
I will be constantly updating with information as I get it. And remember the rules people and have fun; that's what Vital was all about.

So This might have to do with the Anti-White Fang operation that went down last month. Aparently Chieftain Ghira Belladonna personally put an end to the Vale Branch of the White Fang. It had... a very dividing effect on the organization and Faunus in general.
Infact Ghira's own Daughter is on team RWBY while another agent of his joined the Team PICV.
Now I think we should calm down or take the discussion about either the White Fang to the appropriate boards.

Hey so I was looking through the Betting Books online (You can find copies in Vale at the different casinos) and I happened to notice the pictures of Team RWBY. The insiders rank them very favorably, understandable with a Schnee heiress, Ghira's daughter, and two second-gen Huntresses.
Well, I noticed something... they all have a very interesting mark on thier neck.

Yes, it's true. Blake's Mates found a way for humans to mark thier partners. Aparently if you have already mated before, your old mark will resurface again if you then mate a human. That can be used as a conduit. Thanks to Team RWBY, I

Okay since people can't stop were quarantining all RWBY discussions into this thread. As my Mod post stated before. Any talk of fights with RWBY can go on the main thread of the fight breakdowns but any other discussions go her.
I will like to remind you Team RWBY is mostly underage, especially Ruby herself. Yes, they are Huntresses but still. Don't make me bring the Hammer.
All anti-Faunus or Anti-human comments will get treated the same.

Thier training to be Huntsmen. I'm not going to be crass but it is not a job with a long life expectancy. Hell Most multi-generational hunters tend to have kids young. Usually taking a year off after graduation to start one.

yes and no. Faunus still marry but the mating mark for us is like a second layer... a reinforcement. We can feel our partners in a way humans can, no offense. Well, actually I guess you can now with all these Human mates.
Anyway, the mark has stages. At the mark two-stage (team RWBY and Coco&Velvet) you are basically engaged.
