Kate was obsessed with Yelena's accent. Yelena made her name sound beautiful, magical. It had become Kate's favorite sound in the world.
She was convinced Yelena could make anything sound good. Especially after they started dating. Sweet nothings became something more when it was Yelena whispering them into Kate's ear. It amazed Kate. It warmed her heart.
She'd never tire of hearing Yelena speak. Never. Especially not when Yelena said "I love you" for the first time. Kate wanted to hear it over and over until the day she died.
Yelena found it all very amusing and indulged her girlfriend.
