Chapter Text
.He walked.
He refused to be the last one standing. He was always the last one standing and he couldn't take it anymore. So he left Viktor, he knew it was wrong but it looked as if he was gonna leave anyway. And Five told himself he wouldn't be the last one standing anymore.
No more repeats of the apocalypse, no more repeats of the saving the world by himself, and definitely no more doing things by himself. Well, wait, minus the last part.
He always felt he knew his siblings but he knew deep inside that he didn't. He thought he knew they'd leave. And they did, it was obvious that they would. He just didn't expect them to not have a plan for him.
He always had a plan for them no matter what. So now he sat here on this bench in a park that smelled like barbecue and had some kind of food truck event nearby. The park was dirty and the bench was no better than the ground itself. "Fu$%." Five muttered to himself, frustration clouded his eyes and sadness was evident in his frown. He didn't have a plan anymore.
The only plan he had was getting blackout drunk and that was barely a plan itself. And he couldn't even go through that plan either without getting poisoned, he despised his pubescent body.
Allison did all this and she couldn't even give him his old or even a middle aged body?
"Hey kid." He turned to a 5'10 dirty blonde and a 6'0 brown haired guy, they were dressed normally and were holding hands, he noticed the ring around both of their fingers. The dirty blonde wiped the bench and sat next to him and handed him a Nacho tray filled with Nachos and Cheese along with meat.
"We hope you aren't allergic to any of this." Fives stomach grumbled, he hadn't even noticed he was hungry, of course he'd been doing so much drinking and no eating. He looked at the dirty blonde, the guy had worry in his eyes. It was probably fake, his species usually faked such things when wanting something.
"What do you want?" He glared, shoving the Nacho tray back in the dirty blondes lap, the guy only chuckled. Whilst the significant other huffed in slight disapproval. The Dirty blonde shot a glare at him before his face softened back up a soft smile was placed on his expressions and his eyebrows were tilted in a worried manner. "We only want to help." He held the Nachos towards Five.
An urging feeling hit Five in his stomach and he swore to himself that hunger reigned his thoughts. He almost winced when his stomach grumbled once more. His arms reached out hesitantly and grabbed the Nachos. "Thanks." He muttered, he quietly munched on the cheese and quietly savored the meat.
He guessed it would probably be his last feast (if you could call it that) in a while, after he ditched this couple. After eating for a while the brown haired man sat beside him on the bench and sighed. "What are you doing here kid, in a suit nonetheless." He'd forgotten he was wearing a suit. What was with him and forgetting?
He was probably just a 'bit' sad, he guessed.
"Do you have a home?" The smaller male asked, his head tilted and he had the same worried look on his face. "I'm fine." He huffed, he felt sudden annoyance build up and he swore he wanted to be left alone, could he even complete a simple task anymore?
"Then why are you sitting all alone kid?" He sighed and looked up at the taller male a look of frustration evident on his face.
"Can you stop calling me that?" The tall male looked over at the smaller, he just wore an awkward smile. "Well, my name's Theodore and that's Caspian, so what's your name?" He frowned, should he give them his real name?
He probably shouldn't, but what else did he even have to live for, he already knew the answer. And he was positive his siblings would probably not even look for him.
"Uhm, my name is Five." Caspian scoffed lightly but Theodore nodded. "You don't have to give us a real name yet?" Five sighed in frustration but shrugged. "That's my real name." He answered. "What kind of pare-" Theodore threw a glare. "I'm sure they meant well." Five only raised an eyebrow, he sighed and continued eating.
"So Five did you run away?" He wasn't even sure if he ran from his feeling or just ran from his family. Technically his family were the ones who ran but mentally he was sure he was running from his feelings right now. Who was he kidding, he was probably running from everything. The only thing he wasn't running away from was himself. He should try that sometimes. "No, I'm alone, I just stole the suit." Caspian raised an eyebrow.
"How do you get by?" He looked up from his finished Nachos. "You'd be surprised by how many people believe that my parents left and forgot the keys." He said quietly, a little white lie, it couldn't hurt anyone except him. He couldn't hurt anymore people. Especially since he isn't in his siblings' lives anymore. It was silent and only half of it was awkward, on Caspians end.
"Would you like to stay for the night?" Fives eyes widened slightly. This Theodore man is acting as if they hadn't met not five minutes ago. What if he was one of dads robots or dads 'minions', did their dad even have a minion other than Pogo or Grace herself?
Still, he guessed he still had nothing else to live for, so he shrugged. "Sure." He answered.
They seemed pretty nice anyways they didn't seem all that cruel, Caspian did have some contagious awkwardness but other than that, they seemed normal.
