Work Text:
The blizzard was so strong it was really hard to see anything ahead.
Gepard’s armor and warm clothes did a decent job at not letting him freeze to death, but it was still a bit uncomfortable to move around when winter came to Belobog. But it was his duty to patrol the streets from his city, after all. Not that there was a lot to see, anyway, because no one was stupid enough to leave their homes in such weather.
Well, no one except for that figure he could see in the distance, trying to walk against the strong wind.
He approached the figure, naturally. If it was someone who needed help, he would be glad to do so. The closer he walked, the more the person started to resemble…
“Serval?” He said with a voice a bit louder than usual because of the wind noise.
She looked at him, with her hand covering her eyes, and smiled.
“Geppie! Good to see you!”
“Are you insane? What are you doing out here in this weather?!” Gepard approached his sister and took her arm. She was wearing some winter clothes, but it was still way too cold for her to even be there.
“I was running some errands, brother. Don’t worry.” She said, raising her arm to show Gepard that she was holding a shopping bag. “I’m going to the workshop.”
Gepard nodded, still concerned.
“I’ll walk you there then. My shift is pretty much over anyway.”
Serval smiled and took his arm.
“You’re such a gentleman, little bro. Okay, take me home.”
The workshop was so warm in comparison to the outside that Serval sighed deeply in relief when they walked through the door. She hung her coat by the door, and Gepard did the same with his armor and heavy winter clothes. He followed her awkwardly as she put the bag on the counter and revealed its content.
“...are you serious, Serval?” He widened his eyes, staring at the bottle of wine that was, apparently, Serval’s “errand”.
“A girl has needs, brother.” She immediately opened the bottle and took a large gulp from it, then handed it to Gepard, who refused.
“I’m fine.”
“Oh, come on, Geppie. You don't need to act so straight all the time. Let's spend some time together.”
He couldn’t argue with that.
“Well…I guess I can spend a few minutes with you. But I’m still not drinking.”
It seemed to make Serval happy, because she caressed his hair in a playful manner.
“I’m going to turn on the heater!” Serval seemed excited, like a little kid who just found out she was having a sleepover.
Gepard sighed, following his big sister to the front of the heater. He was starting to regret even walking her home, but he was still curious about something.
“So, this errand of yours…” He started, sitting by the heater that Serval turned on. The heat was slowly returning to his fingers and the tip of his nose.
“Oh, don’t look too much into it…” She sat by his side and chugged on the wine.
Gepard’s eyes widened and he took the bottle from his sister’s hands.
“Wow, easy, Serval! What do you think you’re doing?! It’s Wednesday night!”
She rolled her eyes, swallowing the bit of wine she still had in her mouth. A bit of the red liquid dripped down her mouth, and she wiped it with the back of her hand.
“Don’t be such a spoilsport, Geppie.” Her voice sounded a bit slurred, as the alcohol was already starting to have its effect on her speech. “I’m not doing this to party. I’m just… ugh, nevermind.”
“No, Serval, say it. Did something happen?”
Serval stared at the fire and took back the bottle from Gepard’s hand. He didn’t mind it, because he was really curious about what she had to say.
“I got dumped.”
Gepard’s eyes widened.
“You…what? You got dumped?”
She nodded.
“Yep. Your cool, gorgeous big sister got dumped. Sad, right?”
“I didn’t even know you were dating someone…”
Serval sipped on the wine.
“We weren’t like, official. It was just some guy that I kind of liked. But whatever. His loss, right?” She chuckled.
Gepard stared at his sister, not sure about what he should say. Serval was acting like she didn’t care, but the bottle of wine did say otherwise. No, there was something more. Something she wasn’t telling him.
“Do you, um…” Gepard hesitated, not wanting to make Serval uncomfortable or sad, but he was just too curious to let it go. “...do you mind if I ask you why he broke up with you?”
Serval took a large gulp of the wine and offered it again to her little brother, who accepted it this time. He took a sip too.
“I do mind, actually. It’s kind of personal. But since you’re so eager to know, Geppie…” She looked at him. “He was just an insecure mess. Like, batshit crazy.”
Gepard nodded.
“He was jealous because I wouldn’t stop talking about you.” Serval said it like it was no big deal, and chugged on the wine. She was getting more and more drunk.
Gepard cleared his throat, embarrassed.
“Are you serious? I mean, that’s not a good reason to break up with someone. I’m your brother, it shouldn’t make him jealous in the first place.” Gepard’s cheeks flushed a bit by the thought that his sister was not only talking about him to her boyfriend, but talking about him way too much, according to her.
“That’s what I’ve been saying, Geppie.” She chuckled. “He was so mad whenever I accidentally called him by your name.”
Gepard laughed.
“Oh, God. You might be right, Serval, this guy is kind of overreacting. I mean, it’s normal, since we talk to each other a lot.”
“Yeah…” She bit her lip. The alcohol was starting to loosen up her filter, and she couldn’t stop herself from going into more detail. “I mean…I even said it in bed and everything.”
Gepard froze.
What?
“Serval…?” He stared at her, his face turned pale. “Serval, can you repeat what you just said?”
Serval chuckled, chugging the wine and keeping her brother waiting for her response for a few extra seconds.
“I called him by your name while we were fucking, Geppie. Awkward, right?”
Gepard clenched his fists.
“...Serval, are you fucking insane?”
Her head shifted slightly while she stared at her brother. The smile disappeared from her face, as she wasn’t expecting that reaction from him.
“What?”
“Do you even hear yourself now, Serval?! You were in bed with him and you called him by my name ?! Have you fucking lost it, Serval?!”
She looked down, shamefully. Her head was spinning from the alcohol, and not in a good way.
Gepard stared at her for a little longer, and took a deep breath in an attempt to calm down.
“Just…God, Serval. You’re…I can’t believe you…” He kept trailing off and his hands were shaking. “Do you have feelings for me, Serval? Is that what you’re trying to say?!”
“I don’t know.” Serval said in such a low voice Gepard could barely hear it.
“You don’t know?! I’m your brother, Serval, Jesus Christ!”
Serval closed her eyes, trying to pretend that conversation wasn’t happening. Trying to pretend she didn’t just say too much and ruined her entire relationship with her brother.
He yanked the bottle from her hand and put it aside, furiously.
“You’re drunk. Oh my God, you’re way too drunk, so I’m just going to pretend I didn’t hear what you just said to me, Serval.”
Serval bit her lip as her eyes filled up with tears.
“I’m sorry.”
“Don’t apologize. Just…I’ll take you to bed, okay? You’re just way too drunk. Just…why are you like this, Serval…?” He sighed and got up, offering his hand to his sister.
Serval reluctantly took his hand and got up, tottering on her feet. She couldn’t look him in the eye as the tears started to fall. If Gepard saw that she was crying, he pretended he didn’t.
The walk to Serval’s bedroom was silent and awkward, and seemed to last forever. She opened her closet and grabbed a nightgown from a drawer.
“Can you, um…turn around?”
Gepard rolled his eyes. He couldn’t believe the situation Serval had put him through, and she was somehow managing to make it even more awkward. He turned his back to Serval while she changed into her pajamas.
“Are you done?”
He turned around and tried not to stare too much, and to ignore the fact that the nightgown was way too short. His brain insisted on thinking she picked that specific nightgown just to mess with him. Serval’s face was red and her eyes were swollen from crying. She got under the covers and Gepard sat down on the edge of her bed.
“Can I go home now? Are you feeling better? I’ll get you a glass of water.”
As he started to get up, he felt Serval tug on his shirt.
“...what is it, Serval?”
She gulped, not wanting to ask, because that would only make her brother hate her more. But she wanted to, no, she needed to.
“Can you stay the night?”
Gepard sighed.
“...fine.”
He couldn’t bring himself to leave his sister alone in that state.
“I’ll be on the couch if you need me. But please, try to get some sleep.”
But Serval didn’t let go of his shirt. She knew it was too much to ask, especially at that moment, but she couldn’t stop herself from asking anyway.
“...in my bed? Please?” She said the beginning of the sentence so quietly that Gepard barely managed to understand it.
Gepard’s face flushed. He didn’t want to share a bed with his sister, especially not after she admitted what she did. But he was feeling too guilty for snapping at her earlier.
“Fine, Serval.”
He took off his shoes and got under the covers, reluctantly, trying to keep his distance from Serval. He laid on his back, crossing his arms on his chest and avoided his sister's gaze, wondering if from awkwardness or for self-restraint.
Maybe both.
Serval’s soft voice broke the silence that was starting to become heavier in the room.
“Are you mad at me?”
“No.”
“Then look at me.”
Gepard sighed and laid on his side to look at his older sister, who was already laying on her side facing him.
“Go to sleep, Serval. I need to sleep too.” He closed his eyes. “Are you feeling better?”
She didn’t answer, but for the way her voice just sounded, he could tell that she was slowly sobering up.
Gepard opened his eyes again, and found Serval staring right at him. It was hard to tell what was going through her head,
“What?”
“Sorry.”
Gepard sighed, blushing at the sigh of his sister’s regretful eyes. She was so frustrating, in a way that he couldn’t ever get mad at her, and he didn’t understand why.
“I wish we had met under different circumstances.” He said without thinking.
Serval’s eyes widened.
“What?”
Gepard sighed, feeling his entire face flush bright red. He had said it, and he didn’t even know that was how he felt until he said it out loud, but he couldn’t take it back anymore.
“I wish we weren’t related, Serval.”
The crushing silence made its way into the room again. Gepard bit his lip and closed his eyes, trying to avoid Serval’s intrigued eyes.
“Why?” She asked, even though he was sure that she knew exactly what he meant, and he couldn’t believe he was about to say that, but he did anyway.
“Because if we weren’t siblings, I think I would have fallen in love with you, Serval.”
He felt his heart crush as the words left his mouth. That was it, the truth was out, and he kept his eyes closed because he didn’t dare to look at her reaction. What she said earlier…it was nothing compared to what he blurted out in the heat of the moment, with much less alcohol in his blood.
With his eyes closed, Gepard felt Serval’s hand caress his hair and flinched.
“What are you doing?”
“Caressing your hair.”
“Stop it. It’s weird.”
But she didn’t stop. Her fingers kept playing with his hair, her fingertips grazing the skin of his neck and ear, either on purpose or not.
Gepard finally gathered the courage to open his eyes, and his heart skipped a beat when he looked into Serval’s. He was confident that he had never seen a woman more beautiful in his entire life.
“Geppie…”
He gulped, because he knew what was coming. When Serval leaned closer and pressed their lips together, he didn’t flinch. He could feel her warm, heavy breath on his skin, her soft, moist lips that tasted like wine, but he didn’t mind. He let her do it, because he wanted it too.
Her hand moved to his chest, softly and slowly, like she was trying not to scare him away. Their lips parted slightly and she whispered.
“Your heart is racing.” She chuckled. “Mine is too.”
Serval took her brother’s hand, guiding it to her chest, and his fingers felt like they were burning where they lightly grazed her breast. Her heart was indeed beating really fast, and he closed his eyes, trying to take in what they were doing at that moment.
“Serval, I…” He started to speak but stopped when his sister’s lips smashed against his.
That time, he moved closer, feeling her soft chest rubbing on his. Even through his shirt and her nightgown, he could feel her hardened nipples on him, and his entire face flushed red. It was overwhelming, it was too much, and yet he couldn’t get enough of the warmth of his sister's body and breath. Now he had her to himself, all to himself, and he couldn’t let go, so he grabbed her waist and pulled her warm body closer, to which she responded with a muffled moan.
“Geppie…” Serval whispered. Her hand seemed to burn his skin as she slid it down his belly and unzipped his pants.
With some effort, she lowered his pants and underwear, and a smile formed on her face when she noticed how hard he was. Serval pulled her hand away from his brother and spit on it before moving it back to his hard cock and stroking it softly.
“Is this okay?” She asked, even though she knew Gepard couldn’t stop her anymore, so he just nodded.
His sister’s hand… it was soft like no other. It was like it was made for him. Her experienced hand stroked him in what seemed like the perfect rhythm, and he knew he wouldn’t last much longer. Gepard bit his lip, trying not to get too excited and ruin the moment, he had to hold a bit longer. After all, it was still the big sister he had been trying to impress his entire life.
“It’s okay.” Serval whispered, like she could read his mind, like she knew he was holding back for her. “Just let go. Your big sister is here.”
The mention of their relationship made it too much for Gepard to bear, and he just obeyed, orgasming on her hand and belly. He panted, exhausted and a bit ashamed, while Serval bit her lip in excitement.
“Fuck, I’m sorry, I…” He stuttered, feeling guilty all of a sudden for dirtying her bedsheets, but she seemed too content to care.
Serval pulled her brother closer and kissed his lips, rubbing her thighs on his, desperate for some friction for herself as well. Gepard realized he should give it back to her too, so his hand slid below her belly button and entered her underwear without hesitation.
“Ah…” Serval flinched. “It’s okay, Gepard, you don’t have to…”
But he kept his hand where it was, slowly sliding his finger between her folds. Her entrance was warm and very wet, and Gepard gulped in enthusiasm with the realization that his sister was wet for him, and just for him; it sent his mind in a haze of arousal as he slid a finger inside her and felt her body squirm and her walls clench around his skin.
“Geppie…” Serval moaned, her breathing started getting faster. Her hips grinded on her brother’s hand, that was trembling with nervousness.
In comparison to his sister, Gepard knew he was inexperienced, but he still had that urge inside him to impress and please her, to make her feel as good as she made him feel. His wet fingers caressed her clit and she let out a moan, digging her nails in his back.
“Faster…” She instructed, and he did as she said.
Serval’s hips rocked along with her brother’s fingers, which were exactly where she wanted them to be, and her nails dug deeper as she felt herself getting closer and closer.
“Gepard…” She cried, orgasming from his fingers.
Her face was one of pure bliss, and Gepard held his breath, watching his sister make an expression he thought he would never see in his lifetime.
“Thank you.” She whispered, loosening her nails on his back.
Serval tried to catch her breath, and opened her eyes to look into her younger brother’s. The orange light of the sunrise in Belobog was coming through the window.
“We just…” Gepard caressed his sister’s long, soft hair, and she chuckled.
“Yeah.”
He couldn’t let go of her. Not yet.
“I love you, Geppie.” Serval said, and it made him frustrated, because he wanted to say it first.
“I love you.”
Their lips met in a soft, loving kiss again, and Gepard pulled away when he heard his responsibilities from work speaking louder.
“I have to go.” He said, with a knot in his gut, and Serval nodded.
“Can we meet again after work today?”
Gepard didn’t hesitate to accept her proposal, with a smile on his face.
