Chapter Text
“Crunch, Crunch, Snap!” went leaves and twigs.
A Tall, toned dark ash grey demon with horns that went up and twisted to the sides at and a long tail that had an arrow shape at the end, and spikes that went along the top of it stomped through the Plaude forest that was of purple and peaceful dark energy, the only good dark energy to exist.
The small forest creatures hopped across the paths as the large entity was on its way to find the ruins. It's time to become a guardian demon was now, and it was finally ready for this . It could sense the pain it's Leviotho was feeling the most at this time, but was overcome by a strong euphoria they were feeling, which put the demon at ease.
Soon, after pushing away a few bushes, the demon got to the Ruins. Large stones, mostly broken and covered in moss, had symbols and runes. The ritual circle was still there from the last demon who used it.
For the ritual, the demon had to rest in the ritual circle for weeks to be ready in the human realm and fully energized. It learned this from its peers, who had made this mistake, and had to sleep for 5 years in the human realm before being able to sustain energy and stay awake. It gathered Biolumi Berries that were near the ruins for the best result transporting to the human realm. It then sat down in the center of the summoning circle, now beginning to rest. Its eyes drew heavy, and fluttered close as its body began relaxing.
As it rested, flashes of what potentially the Leviotho looked like throughout its mind. The Leviotho seemed to be young, and quite short. The demon couldn't know the personality of the Leviotho through the flashes, but had a gut feeling that they were promising.
As the minutes went on, the demon slipped into its lengthy slumber, and remained to see pitch black. The Ilimmu Baus and the Chritts seemed to keep him company, as they pressed their small bodies up to the demon for warmth.
It would soon be time.
___________
A small, red imp with rather small horns and silver hair, wearing a muted red and black victorian suit scampered through the halls of The Ritrium. They were anxious and stressed, almost dropping their scrolls every few seconds. With the information they had, the small demon’s life was in the hands of the Neo-Arch Demon, Zephyranth.
The imp approached the large doors to Zepyranth’s throne room, looking back and forth at the soldiers guarding them.
“I- I, uhm, I have a message for the Xir.. I-Its very-” The imp stammered throughout his sentence, anxiety filling his bones every syllable he spoke.
The doors were already beginning to open half through their sentence.
“Oh, oh okay.”
The Imp skittered up to the throne and looked up at the dark lord, with Xir’s face being shrouded in darkness, with only Xir’s magenta eyes being visible.
Zephyranth was quite intimidating, standing at 7’9”, with muted lilac skin that looked smooth to the naked eye, but was quite rough like scales. Xe wore titanium netherite armor, fitted to xer feminine but toned body, crested with aetherine crystals. A transparent sparkling ombre purple to black cape draped over the dark one’s shoulder.
“X-Xir I-”
“What is it, you useless imp?” boomed the voice of the powerful one.
The Imp cleared their throat. “I-I have a name, Xir. Its-”
“Get on with it!” Snapped Zephyranth.
“A new Leviotho has emerged. Their guardian demon i-is preparing to transport to the human realm.”
Zephyranth’s half lidded eyes now became wide with anger, now turning scarlet. “What?! This cannot be happening! I thought I told those Demons of Consolatio et salus to stop picking some useless humans to protect!”
“W-well the Demons of Consolatio et salus don’t quite understand your way of ruling. Plus, you haven't quite m-made that into an actual law because you n-need to contact the Councils of Hell-” the imp was abruptly cut off by the dark lord.
“Screw the Council. I’m the most powerful demon in Hell, so that means I make the rules, and I get to rule the way I want. I'm the Lord of the Demons. I am fear itself. Go tell the Demons of Consolatio et salus that their ways need to change immediately. Search for the rebellious one, and bring it to me. Now go. You're wasting my precious time.”
The imp didn’t say a single word, and immediately ran out of the throne room, not wanting to disturb Zephyranth any longer.
“And if you fail to do so, bring me the Leviotho, and I will make sure they are dealt with.”
