Soldier felt uncomfortable in her body, she felt like she was supposed to be a girl. Like, her body wasn’t hers, that she was trapped in an image of the way someone wanted her to be. She held it in, fearing her wife, Zhanna wouldn’t approve. God, what would she think? Would she hate soldier for what she was feeling?
But, alas, soldier built up the courage to tell Zhanna. “Zhanna? Can we talk?” Soldier mumbled quietly, stepping into the bedroom
“What about?” Zhanna asked, studying soldiers facial expression. “You are okay, right?” Zhanna asked, stepping over to soldier. Holding her hands “.. I’m not really.. I need to tell you something. Something important..” soldier looked up at her wife, fully recognising what might happen if she muttered the words
“You want a divorce?” Zhanna asked, clearly worried, her grip tightening. “No, no! Of course not Zhanna. I love you. But… I don’t know if you’ll love me after this..” soldier quickly replied, her eyes softening under her helmet.

“What is wrong then?” The taller woman asked, very confused. “I want to be a woman, Zhanna. A female, i don’t like being male” soldier sighed, “I still want to be a soldier, god, what would my men without me!” She chuckled, gazing up at Zhanna. Zhanna looked down at her wife. “You want to be a girl?” She asked, wrapping her head around this. “Yes, I want to be your wife. If you even still want to be with me..” soldier squeaked out, anticipating a break up over this.
“You can still be my.. wife.” Zhanna reassured soldier, gazing down at her. Zhanna grasped her chin and kissed soldier softly. “I love you, Zhanna” soldier mumbled softly, wrapping her arms around Zhanna.
“I love you, pretty girl.” Zhanna replied back
