Ranger put their phone down after having to call out dewdrop to get them back to work, though they thought back to the text...-
Nope, no. Bad Ranger. Stay focused on work. You can annoy Claire with questions later...though right now it is a quiet spot, all caught up and paperwork sorted.
Picking up their phone they shoot Claire a text, if she's not busy as well currently to respond.
《[So, is it really that good of a sight?]》
They put their phone in their pocket as they go to get some more water, side eying dewdrop as they passed. Getting a smug smile in return from the gossiper-in-chief.
Returning to their office they check their phone and see...1 text and a few other notifications. The park social media account was a good idea, giving dewdrop access? Less then good idea but it gives the park some attention at the least. Sitting down they look at what Claire sent, taking a sip of water as they do.

《[Claire. We both saw what Dewdrop posted.]》
《"Okay, but in my defense, you wear Khakis REALLY well hotshot."》
《[Well thanks, but are going to have to stand back to back in front of a mirror to see who wears em better >:)]》
Ranger watches the 3 typing dots persistent for a minute before they get back to work. Handling more paperwork and making sure the others head out at the end of the work day, where they check to see if claire finally sent something. Seeing she has a while back.
《"Ranger I have choice words for you when we next see each other and we WILL find out who out of the two of us will look better in them. Understood?"》
《[Loud and clear pooch.]》
《"...."》
《"that's your nickname for me, isn't it. Not even wolfie?"》
《[Nah, pooch is more fitting for how cuddly you can be when you feel like it.]》
《[still though, ALL that time you stole glances?]》

《[Claire?]》
