Chapter Text
It began in the Doctor’s lab.
You, the resident vampire, had been helping him with an experiment. The kind didn’t really matter. Not like you really understood what you two were doing. Honestly, you were just thankful you were making a friend. People were hard for you. Always had been, always would be. But maybe, fellow monsters could be different. That was what you hoped for as you watched Dr. Cockroach flip through a textbook to double check his calculations after the beaker blew up in his face.
It should have been inconsequential, really, just a tiny little paper cut. A tiny little paper cut that wept only a few drops of blood that immediately wafted into your nose, your pupils dilating.
“(Y/n)? Are you okay?” Doc asked you, holding his thumb to stop the bleeding.
You swallowed hard, a lump in your throat, “I- I have to go.”
Dr. Cockroach tilted his head to the side slightly, before he put two and two together.
“Ah, yes, they only feed you pigs blood, correct?”
You tried to walk away, but your feet were stuck to the floor. You could only stare, despite how much what was left of your humanity screamed for you to run. To run so you didn’t hurt him.
“Well,” Doc said, matter of factly, “go on.”
Your head was swimming with pure, unadulterated hunger. You could feel yourself fighting off a feeding frenzy, and Doc was only making it worse.
“H- huh…?” You stuttered out, your vision feeling somehow blurry and hyper focused at the same time. You could swear you could hear your new friend’s heart pounding in your ears.
Doc reached up, pulling the neck of his turtleneck down to reveal his tender flesh, “I’ve been wondering how your biology works. It would make for a lovely experiment.”
Your hazy eyes snapped to Doc’s, “What?” You asked sharply.
“I’m giving you permission.”
At those words, you gave into the instincts, the hunger, the need. You closed the distance between the two of you near instantaneously, grabbing the doctor in your arms and running your tongue along the expanse of his neck. The man below you tensed with what you could only assume was fear, his fists tight by his sides. If you were more present, you’d tease him for trying to act like a tough guy when he was in the maw of a beast. But you weren’t, right now what you were thinking about the sensations your tongue was detecting, detecting where the doctor’s carotid artery was. You panted heavily as you sank your teeth into the soft, tender flesh of the man’s neck, and his hands immediately went from his side to gripping the back of your shirt tightly.
“(Y- Y/n)…” Dr. Cockroach whimpered out pitifully. You only gripped him tighter in your arms, one wrapped around his waist and the other crossing the expanse of his thin back.
It was delicious, after all these years of denying yourself human (or well, monster in this case) blood, this was heaven. Every gush of Doc’s life in your mouth was almost orgasmic, with every throb of his heart more squirted out of him. Your lips latched tightly around his skin, savoring the flavor of the iron on your tongue and the scent in your nose. Doc’s heart was picking up its pace, you could feel it in every fiber of your being. It only made you want more, only made you suck harder to taste the very essence of Dr. Cockroach’s life.
You couldn’t stop the groan that leaked from your throat, ever since you were turned you never really allowed yourself to drink from a live, sentient victim. You tried to subside off of store-bought animal bloods, but they were nothing compared to this. You might not be able to go back after this.
Doc wasn’t fairing much better, at least in the way of composure. He was trembling beneath you, like he could barely stand. Still, though, he gripped your clothes tightly, clinging on for dear life as you took your fill. He groaned and moaned softly with what you assumed was pain, little noises leaking out of him no matter how hard he tried to stay quiet.
You drank too much, definitely too much. You only managed to snap out of it when Doc’s knees gave out beneath you. You pulled away and caught him in your arms.
“Oh- oh my God,” You stuttered out, “Doc I- I’m so sorry!!”
You could feel panic bubbling up at the glassy look in his eyes, like he couldn’t focus on anything in front of him. Dr. Cockroach took a few deep, shaky breaths before managing to croak out a response.
“It’s… It’s quite alright, my dear…” Dr. Cockroach said, sounding far away, “I’ve got lots of blood.”
“Let’s get you to the couch,” you said, leading your poor victim to lay down. Your spit had a coagulating agent in it, meaning that the bleeding had already stopped. You felt bad, but you couldn’t deny how satisfied you felt. You felt full of life in a way you hadn’t felt since your transformation. Your appetite had finally been satiated.
You laid the doctor down on his back, allowing him to rest. He looked… Pleased? It confused you, maybe you also had some kind of sedative? His legs twitched where he lay.
“Are… you alright…?” You asked, tentatively.
Doc sighed, almost happily. “I’m great,” he said, “I… I’ve gathered plenty of data.”
The man hesitated for a moment before speaking again, “Was it… good for you?”
The question made you nervous, but you decided to answer honestly, “It was… It was great.”
Dr. Cockroach nodded, a small smile on his face, “Wonderful.”
You looked at his face for a moment, examining his near blissed out expression before a thought hit you like a truck.
“Juice! You need juice!” You cried out before scuttling off to get your victim some sugar in his system.
