Kotaro sighed looking at Kenzaki “Haruka just called, Amane hasn’t been home for days and has been out looking for Hajime. Could you see if you can find him?”
Kenzaki nodded he knew Hajime had been gone for a while due to losing his human undead card which allowed him to take the form a human and he first needed to track down that card.
Kenzaki also knew he was at fault for this as his king form replicated another Joker but he figured if Hajime got a new form too maybe he could combat the joker instinct. He just needed a full deck of 13 ,which he found the king card from Tachibana.
Now he just needed to retrieve the spirt card so Hajime could be human again.
Something in his gut told him kamijo Mutsuki would have that card so he tracked him down by instinct.
When he found mutsuki the kid wa wearing all black a clear sign of being taken over by the spider undead.
Mutsuki laughed “so you want this.” He held out the human card in his hand.
Mutsuki laughed “I won’t give it for free.”
Kenzaki figured that would be the case and sighed pulling out his asorb rouzer “this is what you want right?”
Mutsuki grinned eagerly and handed Kenzaki the card.
“Pleasure doing business with you.” Mutsuki smiled tipping his fedora and walking off.
Kenzaki left the stadium that he found Mutsuki in and hopped on Blue spader.
He honestly had no plan on where to drive too because he had no clue on where Hajime was but he hoped to find him soon .
Kenzaki hadn’t known Hajime for long and they hadn’t started off on the greatest terms but over time Kenzaki and Hajime had grown to trust each other through several interactions and incidents. They had learned about each other.
Kenzaki didn’t care that Hajime wasn’t human he had grown to care for Hajime more than as a friend, yes he loved Hajime Aikawa.
And he would find Aikawa Hajime and bring him back home.
No matter what.
Just thinking about Hajime made his heart pound faster.
Kenzaki rode aimlessly on his motorcycle for a bit before he felt something vibrate against him. It must’ve been his phone, he stopped his motorcycle.
Hirose’s voice came through on the other end “Kenzaki the undead searcher has picked up an unknown type 700 killometers southwest from you. It must be the joker undead.”
Kenzaki smiled a little they had a location on Hajime. “Thank you Hirose-San I’ll head there right now.”
Kenzaki hung up and stepped on the gas.
Hajime I’ll save you no matter what. Kenzaki was determined to stay true to that.
Kenzaki was already pretty far away from where most people congregated because he figured Hajime would’ve tried to go somewhere that wasn’t dense with people and his hunch had been right.
The location Hirose provided was a secluded forest.
Kenzaki stepped off blue spader and looked around “Hajime! Hajime where are you?”
It was silent except for the surrounding animals.
Then the Joker undead appeared and charged at Kenzaki.
