[Flashback]
A little Seokmin leaned closer to the sheet of lyrics for the show,as he sat on the floor,smiling as he did, he was able to be the main vocalist in the show…
He then looked up to see Minghao,standing over him,who seemed a bit nervous as he was the lead in the show…

‘Lonely jellyfish,softly floating high’

[Flashback]
Seokmin glanced over at Minghao, who was looking at the sheet of paper, trying to memorise what he had to say and do…
He could tell Minghao was serious about this even when he wasn’t any actor himself…
He should really thank Junhui for telling them to give Minghao the role instead of him, even though he was probably the most experienced in acting…

‘Looking up at the sea of stars, in the sky’

[Flashback]
Seokmin woke up, to see Minghao lying next to him, having one of his hand on the side of his head…
He tried to stop himself from laughing as he found it endearing how determined Minghao was to get the role right…
“You should take a break,Hao”
Minghao looked over at him, as he noticed he was finally awake, giggling a little as if he was caught doing something wrong…

[Flashback]
“Junhui,Min…!”
Minghao walked up to Junhui Seokmin sitting right next to him,who were just sitting by the lake of water, looking up to see Minghao…
“…they said I did well when we were rehearsing…”
Seokmin instantly smiled as he saw Minghao grin at the both of them,soft and gentle…

[Flashback]
They were rehearsing the show…
Seokmin stood by the side of the room, next to Junhui and Mingyu, as he watched the caretaker giving Minghao some tips on how to improve…
Once they were finished, Minghao instantly turned to them, flashing a warm grin, he was clearly happy about how well he was doing…

[Flashback]
Junhui and Minghao was sitting by the lake, legs the water, Minghao just asleep, while Junhui was watching Seokmin and Mingyu play around near them…
Seokmin was almost sure he saw Junhui smiling when he didn’t think neither of them was watching…
Pause…
After a while, Soonyoung and Wonwoo walked towards them…
Soonyoung walking ahead of him, as he almost ran to Mingyu and Seokmin, while Wonwoo sat in the water with Junhui and Minghao…

‘Starlight bubbles wave and call my name’

[Present]
Seokmin stood near Minghao, who was sitting in a corner of the small room…
He wanted to comfort him, but how if he was dead? he couldn’t hear or see him…
He then crouched down infront of him…
Minghao now had jet-black hair,tired eyes and a few burn marks from the explosion at the stage…
Seokmin’s eyes softened as he looked at him, even if he was completely different from when he was alive, he knew he was the same Minghao he loved…
he just lost that side…

‘Sparkling lights are waiting there for me’

[Present]
Seokmin glanced down at his clothes, the same ones that he wore in round 1,the same ones he died in…
He just thought for a bit, Junhui died in the hopes that Mingyu would survive and live a comfortable life at least without him…
And he was…
Mingyu was safe, in the rebellion, no-one was coming for him, they were all supporting him.And to remember Jun, he got a necklace with his birthday on it ‘10/6’…
Seokmin could only wish for the same to happen to Minghao but it seemed too late for that to happen…

[Flashback]
Seokmin’s eyes looked back up at the small TV infront of him, playing death scenes of past contestants…
He sighed, as he twisted his hands as a way to stretch, before leaning down to the music sheet, grabbing his neck tightly…
He had to get used to things on his neck, it was the only ways he could die and also give Minghao a bright smile…
He smiled to himself but it seemed psychotic.Seokmin didn’t even know why he was smiling, he gripped his neck a lot tighter, it beginning to hurt but ignored the pain…

[Flashback]
Seokmin looked in the mirror, as he saw himself in Minghao’s clothes planned for the first round…
It was comfy…Just like how Minghao would like it, but it was still amazing in a way he couldn’t find any words how to describe…
Seokmin then leaned his head on Minghao’s shoulder, as he watched him busying himself with Seokmin’s clothes for Round 1…

‘Far ahead, I see the jelly star…’

[Flashback]
It was finally time for the show, Minghao,wearing a green jellyfish cardboard cutout on his head,stood at the entrance of the curtain, opening it a little to see the audience of aliens…
He immediately closed it, was he really sure he could do it…
But he did practice for so long, it would be a waste to just throw all that away because he was afraid to go on the stage…
He then looked behind himself to see…

Seokmin wearing a star cardboard cutout on his head, grinned at him, giving him two thumbs up…
He was always encouraging even just by looking at him…

Junhui, who was also wearing a star cardboard cutout, was sitting down behind Seokmin, peaked his head out, smiling a little…
Barely anyone saw Junhui’s genuine smile,he was glad to be one of them…

[Flashback]
Mingyu walked up towards the two others.They were all wearing the star cardboard cutouts…
Mingyu smiled as he loudly whispered to Minghao…
“you’ll do great! Don’t worry about it…”

‘Finally, we’re free…”

[Flashback]
Minghao nodded to the three of them…
It was good, they at least knew how to cheer him up in their own different ways…
He finally went out onto the stage…

‘Bon,Bon,Bon,Bon,Bon…’

[Flashback]
The show eventually came to an end, Minghao stood at the centre of the stage, one hand on his hip, a bindle in his other, he had a gentle grin on his face…
Seokmin was sitting on one side of him, while Junhui was on one knee, on the other as Mingyu was hugging his neck ,standing from behind, Junhui closing one of his eyes…
He could tell Mingyu was hugging him a bit too tightly…

[Flashback]
They all went backstage, where Soonyoung and Wonwoo were, both clapping as they saw them…
Junhui took off the cardboard cutout, his Oreo-hair becoming messed up a little, Mingyu instantly laughed as he saw his hair, patting his head playfully…

‘Bon,Bon,Bon,Bon,Bon…’

[Flashback]
Seokmin jumped behind Minghao,who was taking off his cardboard cutout, grinning as he saw him looking startled, holding his shoulders…
“You did so well,Hao!”
Seokmin then quickly hugged him, not giving Minghao a chance to respond, but he didn’t seem to mind as he just letted Seokmin to hug him…

[Flashback]
It was the night of the day of the show, Junhui and Mingyu was sitting together as Mingyu was drawing how they looked at the end of the show,from a TV…
Seokmin looked toward Minghao, who was asleep…
Seokmin smiled as he ruffled his hair, he worked hard for the role and he succeeded in doing it well…

[Present]
The song finally came to an end, Seokmin looked over at Minghao expecting him to still be awake.How would him singing help comfort him in the first place when he was dead?
Seokmin’s eyes widened, pleasantly surprised as how Minghao was asleep on the makeshift bed he had in the room…
He was wrong…maybe he could be able to comfort him…
Seokmin smiled as he leaned closer to look at him, tucked one of the strand of hair behind his hair…
Minghao still had that gentle love in him,he just didn’t think he did anymore…
