ok so this fic operates in a way where there’s a chance rozanov MAY lose hollander in his glasses. might know a thing or two about lasik since i worked in an eye center, but that’s never the point.

i really just want everyone to crash out over shane hollander and his pretty face and pretty glasses.

Shane Hollander, the star center, known for his icy focus on the rink, gave fans an unexpected glimpse of his personal life during a recent post-game interview. He has mentioned the possibility of exploring LASIK eye surgery during a brief post-game interview last night.

When handed a paper and confronted with a near-field teleprompter, Hollander squinted noticeably, hinting that his vision might not be perfect. The moment led to chatter about LASIK, the popular laser surgery that corrects nearsighted or farsighted vision.

"I've thought about it," he said, glancing briefly at the studio monitors. "Maybe it’s time I retired my glasses."

He added with a chuckle, "I’m not sure. Some people, you know, they have their own opinions, and I want to understand more before deciding. I’ve got these glasses for reading. I also need them to read a menu. Really, it’s nothing. Not a huge deal when I'm on the ice. Still, I can see why the glasses might mean more to certain… people."
