SharpWolf Antics

Summary:

"Shut up," Antinous interrupted Telemachus' ranting with a simple, breathless phrase. "This looks sick. Ya' should've picked drawing or something instead of what, law?"

Telemachus giggled. He was glad. Antinous usually didn't show affection through words, so that simple compliment was more than enough. "It's art. I guess it's too late to pick something else now."

"Yeah. Let's kiss."

"Wha--?"

Antinous then proceeds to slam Telemachus onto the bed, desperately kissing him like he's going to run off any second. Telemachus wasn't complaining, he enjoyed it just as much.

1. Where Our Blue Is, Tatsuya Kitani

The sun was setting slowly, painting the horizon with shades of pink and orange, perfect for a guy like Telemachus to draw. Unfortunately, he had way too much homework to do anything remotely close to drawing, so he resorted to a sketching a quick drawing before sleeping.

Telemachus was walking around campus with Peisistratus and Neoptolemus, casually talking about each other's classes and college life (as if they don't see each other every single day), when he got a phone call by none other than Antinous, the part-time boxer, full-time loser. It was sudden, but Telemachus quickly excused himself and answered the phone.

"Hel--" "Oi, champ! Ya' done with school?" Antinous interrupted, his gruff voice screaming through the phone. Telemachus could hear his biker friends whooping and cheering from behind. They were either drunk or watching a sports commentary.

"It's college, but yeah. Why?"

"Let's go for a ride. Sunset's pretty sick." His usual rough voice turned soft, a tone he reserved specifically for Telemachus. Telemachus couldn't help but wonder what Antinous' other friends would think of if they heard his soft voice.

"Hah," Telemachus scoffed, and before he knew it, a smile formed on his face. "I thought you'd never ask."

Telemachus then proceeded to leave his friends hanging (not on purpose, he was just excited) and leave the campus to see Antinous already waiting.

2. Tongue Tied, GROUPLOVE

Days where the Gods grumbled and projected their anger on the earth came, and that Saturday was one of them. The clouds were as gray as a Husky's fur, and the sky was in a limbo between rain and no rain. So, Telemachus decided to stay at home and...

"Antinous, can you please just stay still??" Telemachus pleaded desperately. He had invited Antinous to his dorm for no particular reason, and he decided to draw Antinous a portrait of himself. Just a random thought, of course. It's not like he already drew Antinous a million times during Math class.

"This is so fucking boring!" Antinous complained, flailing his arms around like a little kid. Staying still was not Antinous' strong suit, and definitely not in a situation like this where he can't even see what Telemachus was drawing, he'd much rather play a game or practice his punches.

"I'm almost done! Just, stay still for five goddamn minutes." Telemachus' volume gradually decreased, ultimately turning into a scary, yet quiet whisper. Antinous groaned but stayed still, eventually getting permission from Telemachus to listen to a song to cure his boredom.

After five minutes of Antinous' boxing playlist playing in the background and Telemachus quietly whistling as he added in the final touches, the final drawing was done. Telemachus proudly handed it to Antinous, who took the drawing almost instantly.

"Shit.." Was all Antinous could breath out. The drawing had every detail, from his neatly styled locks to his healing scar on his face, the drawing deserved to be put into a gallery. Was there an art gallery where they lived? Antinous wanted to ask the guys at the gallery to frame it, but he held back after careful consideration. (He would most probably be put in jail for punching the authorities again).

"Is it cool? You kept moving so much so the proportions might be a bit off, but I think it's almost accurate. Oh, yeah! Your hair looks pretty cool today so I wanted to add that part too. Do you look a bit too harsh? I need new penc--"

3. Where Is My Mind?, Pixies

Antinous' boxing ring was called Bithynia, a weird ass name for a boxing ring, but whatever counts. Even though it was part-time, he spent almost his whole day in the ring, only going out to meet up with his friends or Telemachus.

Punch after punch, he'd punch and punch until he could feel blood from under his boxing gloves. Jabs, uppercuts, hooks, he'd practice each one meticulously until no one could fight him without getting seriously injured. Neither Eurymachus nor Melanthius nor any of the other people in his gang can beat him, and he was sure to make that a reality.

If it wasn't for Telemachus coming into a very sweaty and bloody boxing ring looking unfazed at the gruesome scenes in front of him, Antinous wouldn't have stopped practising. He did look at the time after noticing Telemachus, and realised it was already almost midnight. Well, fuck.

"Go out, I'll be there in a bit." Antinous rasped. He didn't remember the last time he let out a verbal sentence that day, he spent the whole time grunting, groaning and screaming. No wonder his voice was hoarse.

"It's fine. I can wait." Telemachus found a nearby bench to sit on and started sketching (or drawing, all Antinous knew was that he looked good doing it) on his sketchbook. Telemachus, despite his naive shell, was a stubborn person at heart, so Antinous didn't bother telling him to leave again.

Antinous took off his boxing gloves to see bloody and bruised knuckles and smirked at that; it wasn't all that he expected, but it was better than nothing. He grabbed his towel and wiped the sweat off his face and neck tiredly. Then, he searched his duffel bag for a pair of new clothes and went into the shower to freshen up. It was an unspoken routine he had planned since he started coming to Bithynia.

"Why're ya' here? Don't ya' have school in the morning?" Antinous stated as he camee out of the bathroom, drying his hair. Telemachus got up with a slight jump and walked up to Antinous, a cheeky smile on his face.

"It's college, I've told you that like, five times. And yes, I do have college in the morning, I just wanted to see what you were doing." Telemachus shrugged.

"Liar." Antinous grabbed his duffel bag and made his way outside, Telemachus following him like a dog. The duo walked out of the boxing ring together and started walking towards either Antinous' home or Telemachus' dorm, neither knew.

"Fine. I was bored, and couldn't sleep. Thought you could make me tired or something." Antinous smirked at what Telemachus said.

"Physically tired or mentally?"

"Shut up. I'm already sleepy now."

"Well, I could perfectly make you physically tired. Just come to my house."

"Another day. If I go tonight, I won't be waking up early."

"Sucks. Lemme' walk you to the dorm then."

And after a lot of Telemachus complaining that he could walk to the dorm by himself and Antinous saying he's too fragile and could possibly be kidnapped, they walked together, hand-in-hand, to the dorm.

Notes:

I wrote these based on my friend's modern au for them, so all credits to him! I also messed up the lore reference for Antinous but we'll ignore that haha..
