"Your Majesty..."
Bruno looked back and smiled sadly at his faithful knight. How he would like this celebration to be in their honor with Leone. But, alas, kings do not have the right to choose their queens. His future queen was a good person. But Bruno didn't love her as much as he loved his loyal knight.
"Your future queen is waiting."
Bruno came closer and took off Leone's helmet. He did not resist. Leone's violet eyes looked sadly at his king.
"The wedding won't start without me. What is more important… Let me steal the last kiss?"
Leone smiled, bent down and gently touched Bruno's lips.
"May I indulge in a little impertinence, my lord?"
"Absolutely, my loyal knight."
"May I ask you to keep my heart with you?"
Bruno smiled.
"In that case, I have to ask for the same favor."
The king does not have the right to choose the queen.
But that doesn't mean they can't give their hearts to lovers.
