During his time on Total Drama Island where he made new friends, got over his old girlfriend and met who was quite probably the love of his life (without trying to sound hyperbolic) Dawn; Lincoln Loud expected to have to deal with a lot of things when he returned to Royal Woods.
Most of that were his sisters wanting to spend time with Dawn.
Most persistent was Luna who kept wanting him and Dawn to double date with her and Sam.
"You be good now; we will be back later." Dawn was saying in the bedroom of the Loud house as she was petting Edward the platypus as they would leave him in Lincoln's room; said platypus looked content to just relax on Lincoln's bed while his owners were away.
Lincoln smiled dressed in his suit which he mainly used for his homemade spy movies and Dawn was wearing a lovely green dress. "Shall we?" Lincoln asked going arm in arm with her and she smiled. Lincoln took her downstairs and waved goodbye to the other sisters staying at the house along with their parents. Lincoln driving Vanzilla to the meet up spot.
"Here we are bro! And Dawn!" said Luna Loud waiting for them with her girlfriend Sam Sharp; them wearing rock styled dresses. They came forward and Luna motioned to an eager Sam as she introduced "Sam; this is Dawn and Dawn this is my better half Sam!"
"Quite an energetic aura. While I am not personally invested in rock music; it's rare that I get to meet a fellow vegetarian outside of my parents and Bridgette. Plus someone who loves animals as much as myself and my family does." Dawn then greeted Sam as she excitedly shook Dawn's hand; so quickly that Dawn was getting dizzy.
"Oh my... The aura reading... This is so cool... I bet Lincoln and Luna have told us of how going places that the Moon Goats are going!" Sam excitedly said as Lincoln smiled along with Luna; Lincoln never needed Luna to tell him that Sam really liked Dawn. Being a vegetarian herself and was the head volunteer at the Royal Woods animal shelter.
"So Dawn... You and Lincoln ready to give any more nieces and or nephews to Luna?" Sam asked making her gasp and Lincoln and Luna then yelled out Sam's name in shock. "I am just saying... I saw Action and... Despite how you are both like; you are not escaping the allegations of how teenage couples are like." Sam said innocently with a grin as Lincoln facepalmed.
"It's official... Bobby is my favourite in-law..." Lincoln muttered to Luna who sighed; Lincoln meaning that even if Luna and Sam weren't married but the thought still counted.
"I don't blame ya bro..." Luna muttered as Sam then got Lincoln's neck in a hold which him struggling to get out of it.
"He doesn't mean it Luna; I know he loves me!" Luna then said as Dawn giggled before Sam let Lincoln go; Lincoln flashing him a glare before they all went off on their date.
They went to go and see a movie together; an action comedy that seemed good enough. They did have to hurry Sam along at the snack bar as she was having one of her moments of incisiveness. They got to their seats and Sam offered Lincoln a fist bump and ended up accepting it; Sam's smirk pretty much showed that she sees herself as forgiven for her earlier comments. Lincoln rolled his eyes as he sat in between his girlfriend and his sister.
"Glad that we are finally double dating?" Luna asked Lincoln in a whisper as he thought about it and then nodded. It was a nice double date together.
