Nessa stood behind the counter in the coffee shop. She picked up her rag as she wiped it off as she hummed the tune playing from the nearby gramophone. She glanced around the coffee shop as she sighed and smiled. “Finally, a moment of piece.”
Moonstone was curled up on the counter as he opened an eye as he looked over as his ears twitched and tail flicked as he purred softly.
Nessa glanced over at Moonstone as she looked him and reached over petting him. “Good kitty Moonstone.”
The enchanted broom swept the floor as it titled its handle toward Nessa.
Witchy music played from the gramophone as the chalkboard sign for Witches Week was displayed. There was the sound of cackling and clinking of dishes from the witch section.
Nessa chuckled as she tucked a strand of her brown hair behind her ear as she smiled at the broom. “Hello broom.” She picked up some menus as she glanced at the enchanted door as she walked through the dining room straightening up tables and picking up dishes as she headed to the kitchen to check on orders.
The enchanted broom kept sweeping the floor as it moved along.
