[ART] I Can't Believe I'm This Sappy

Summary:

Frank was utterly addicted to just holding Foggy close. If he could, Frank would always have one hand on him. Which he did. Often. It was ridiculous. Frank had always liked touch, but he had never been this touchy feely before. With Foggy he just couldn't help it. He was so incredibly fucking lucky that Foggy indulges him and even welcomed it.
