‘Isa have you seen my coat?’ Hansel asked from upstairs as he was walking around the house he was living in the forest outside Augsburg.
‘I’ve got it. Just had to get it off Lucinda.’ Charylisabella said coming up the stairs as she looked at him. ‘Come we better not keep mother waiting.’
‘I know babe. Augustus said he’d watch the kids tonight.’ Hansel said as Charylisabella looked at him. ‘What at least it’s not Ben not after that incident.’
‘Yeah, I am surprised you are still speaking to him after that.” Charylisabella said laughing as she felt tugging at her skirt. Looking down she noticed Lucinda looking up at her. ‘Okay you. It’s bedtime. Uncle Augustus is going to be watching over you and your brother.’
Once Augustus was settled in the living room, Hansel and Charylisabella headed in the direction of Nightshade Manor as Charylisabella looked up at the sky.
‘You okay?’ Hansel asked as Charylisabella looked at him.
‘Yeah I am fine, just wondering how Thor and Loki are doing. It feels like ages since we’ve visited Asgard.’ Charylisabella said as she heard someone coming from the direction of the mountains. ‘I think we have company.’
‘Missed us?’ Gretel asked as she looked at them as Muriel was stood next to her.
‘We only saw you both yesterday.’ Hansel said as Gretel looked at him.
They arrived at Nightshade Manor as Ezra came to greet them with Aranna. The moonlight shone down onto the stone pathway of the grand courtyard as Ezra looked at them.
‘Come on lovebirds the King and Queen are waiting for you all to do the celebrations.’ Ezra said as Gretel and Muriel headed in with Hansel as Charylisabella looked around as she noticed an odd shadow directly on the floor just near the gates as she turned to head in before quickly looking again but the shadow had moved.
