Work Text:
David was back home after another appointment to a specialist that was another former student of Hope's Peak – he didn't really want to trust outsiders as he knew how trans men were being treated – and that person was his friend, so he could avoid terrible experiences.
He had great news to share with his boyfriend. There was something big to celebrate, so he bought a box of their favorite chocolates and a bouquet of flowers Whit liked.
Whit seemed to be waiting for him under the door, impatient, as he opened him at the moment David put his hand in his pocket to take his keys. He dragged him by his free hand inside.
Whit opened his mouth to ask David why did he bring those things home, but was cut off.
“I'm pregnant.”
Whit's eyes widened and he hugged him tight.
“I knew it. I knew we shouldn't lose our hope. I'm so happy,” he sobbed, holding David. “Now, let's have lunch and then cuddle on the couch all day.”
David was feeling a bit weird about Whit being right again, but was happy at the same time because they were trying for it quite some time.
