Honestly the what-if stories and the ripples they cause are a delight.Also can I just say, any of the authors I put on here. You guys are amazing. Fricking amazing, how did you create these masterpieces? Even if it’s just crack, fluff, the horrors of this world, a steamy romance, it’s all flipping amazing.
A piece of advice, mind the tags, I don’t do it often but there’s probably some fanfiction that’s like psychological horror. (probably Harry Potter fics tbh) or if it’s just a pairing you don’t like filter it out. :)

He wiggled it into the corner and left the sight of the window. There was a strangled scream he tried to block out. In bed, he piled his blanket over his ears. Bottom of the line, he needed sleep.
And who was he to intervene? Every damned time he did, the person ended up dead or injured. Cedric, Sirius, and countless other friends had suffered under his supervision.
Harry was done playing saviour.
