Summary
When Elucidate is ten years old, she comes to the conclusion that Uncle Geranium and Auntie Fluorescent’s kid is just plain weird.
An outside perspective on our time-looping hero, over the course of many years.
(alternatively: hey, ever think about how dang strange Sol must come across sometimes?)

Summary
At first, you look out the viewports of your new home every day, to try to remind yourself that between the first ten years of drudgery on one spaceship, and the current stint of drudgery on another, you had a life on a planet. But seeing the constant rot and decay outside makes it worse. You stop looking. Maybe it's better to pretend you've been in space the entire time.
When your childhood bestie kills your boyfriend, things are pretty bleak. Inspired by my first playthrough, where it all went very, very badly. Major spoilers for the Tangent's Cure ending.

Summary
It is just after Solane’s nineteenth birthday, for perhaps the seventh or eighth time. Through his numerous past lives, Solane has loved his fierce and brooding friend, Dys, multiple times and his doggy-eared cocksure pal, Rex, memorably (and riotously) once. But in this loop, Solane designs to drag the two of them together for, at least, an afternoon. Which Solane conspires to fill with untested drugs, some harmless flirting, and (luck permitting) their naked bodies sprawled and frolicking over the fuzzy, pollen-filled knolls of Vertumna IV’s Valley of Vertigo.

Summary
The problem is that Resolve is…well, she's boring! She doesn't like sportsball, or running around, or roughhousing. She likes to sit quietly and play dolls, or read books — proper chapter books that are meant to be for older kids.
She's nice, at least, although she's not the same type of nice as Tammy. Tammy's sensitive, cries easily. Resolve…she can tell Resolve gets mad. She can see her fists clench and a muscle jump in her jaw and she thinks yes, you're just like me, come on and prove it.
--
For the "Secret Admirer" prompt for Exo Week 2026. On the surface, sporty tomboy Anemone and gentle, feminine Resolve couldn't be more different. Or at least, Anemone thinks so. What could they possibly have in common?

“Tammy made me hold her baby,” Dys says, frowning. “It sucked. I don't know how to hold babies. They're so wiggly. What if I dropped it? I could feel everyone watching me, like I was going to screw up. So I gave the kid back right away.”
An expansion of the time Dys had to hold a baby and it sucked. Also, Tangent is there.

Sol kicks out a chair, and rummages in his desk drawer for a spare mug. "Can't believe Elysium's five already," he says, filling the mug with milky blep, "good idea bringing her here to get familiar with the schoolhouse."
Vace accepts the mug, absentmindedly folding his large hands around it. "I can't believe it either," he replies gruffly, "I can't believe she exists, and isn't—" he breaks off, making an abortive gesture.

Vace takes his daughter to visit the colony's schoolhouse, ahead of her first day at school. For Exo Week 2026.
