Imagine an alternative universe of the harry potter where nobody dies?
The story goes similar as the original but everyone are alive, including Harry's parents who survived the disaster on Halloween 1981.
This AU keeps all the characters alive and also Introduces a new character Diana Evans Potter(Doe), Harry's little sister, following the fan thories of Lily Potter being 3 months pregnant on Halloween, but none are aware of the powers Doe got when Voldemort attacked.

After defeating Voldemort, Harry thought things would get better or at least a semblance of normal. But on his 18th birthday, he presents as an omega! He knows there's nothing wrong with having a dynamic or being an omega, but it's not easy to go through such a big change. And then someone goes through his medical records and fucking publishes(!!) them. Newspapers and tabloids speculate about his body: they wonder why he's not an alpha, debate if he will break up with Ginny, and then go after people close to him with absolutely no regard or respect for his well-being, even after everything he has been through. Harry is hurt and frustrated, so decides to get the hell out. He finds a cute muggle town in Pennsylvania with a big empty house on the edge of a forest in need of some love and occupants. With Sirius and Remus' help, Harry moves into his new home and starts a new life for himself. He's not alone for long, however, as friends and non-friends keep finding their way onto his front porch (and into his heart).
Or, omega Harry Potter builds friendships and falls in love in the Philadelphia suburbs, far away from everything he's known with the people he's known the longest.

Summary
Harry told himself Tom and Voldemort were worlds apart, nothing alike but their name. Still, every now and then, in moments so rare he could count them on one hand, he caught echoes of one inside the other.
When facing Voldemort, Harry sometimes glimpsed the lost child he had been. And when he looked at Tom now, he thought he saw a red shimmer deep within those pitch-black eyes.
