Almost uncannily timed, Dick and the rest of the older Titans have decided to reunite the team like they were kids again. They're on a mission in Metropolis when he runs into his ex-partner again, and Jason isn't running this time. With a little bit of help from Lois he's finally going to get his answers. Jayroy week 2023; day two, first time
“Why are you looking at me like that?” he asked, looking at Roy’s copper eyes, appearing ethereal in the sunlight. Those eyes were trained at Jason and had been since Roy leaned up against the counter.
“Because I want to kiss you,” Roy said quickly, honestly.
Jason's brain stumbled, stopped and then spun away like a speeding carousel. He cleared his throat before looking back at Roy.
“Do it.” His voice was hoarse from sleep and nervousness.
“Nah, not now,” Roy said, still at ease, still calm and casual. “Then I wouldn’t get to look at that little pout you do when concentrating.” -
