Summary
Apollo has been one of Klavier's personal guards for a while now. The pair have been through a lot; from Kristoph's imprisonment, to the near-death of Apollo's fellow knight and best friend, Clay. When Kristoph breaks out one day, however, things go south, and tragedy strikes. In the aftermath that follows, the pair learn what it means to be a knight and his charge, friends, and the tricky ins and outs of navigating growing feelings for one another. Will they sort everything out in time for the winter ball? Only time will tell.
