Tony tried everything to gain a position as a team member in the Avengers, but after awhile he realized that they weren't worth it. He was used and abused by them and frankly, he's hand enough once they add a terrorist to the team and in his own building. So he roasts them and tells them their lease is out, so they can leave in 3 days. Taunting them about they're misgivings while they're wearing his clothes and eating his food. (Oh and he was a hologram this whole time)

Knives, Peter decided as he watched Johnny sweet-talk the concierge. When he killed Johnny, knives would be involved. Or maybe swords. Like, the giant curvy kind.Johnny flashed his most charming smile at the concierge.
No, Peter thought, scowling at Johnny. There would definitely be poison.
Johnny slid his finger along the concierge's hand, and the concierge blushed red.
The really painful kind of poison, Peter thought. The kind that made your insides shrivel up. Screaming in pain, the whole bit.

Recently Johhny has become annoying to Peter, who once use to hold feelings for him, as Johnny has been in too many incident that caused Peter to look bad or embarrass him. 1. Bringing Peter to gay striper club and getting a lap dance from spider-man. 2. Invites Peter to the Statue of Liberty to which the wine brough posses the statue and causes Dr. Strange to intervene. (Peter's pissed cause they looked childish to other heroes). 3. Threw a party in Peter's apartment with strangers. 4. Johnny then gets drunk, starts fights abouts Peter being the hottest and then tries to kiss Peter before collapsing. 5. Invites Peter on an apology road trip to which they encounter Skrulls. 6. Invites Peter to a halloween party and ask to make out with him (while dressed as spider-man). 7. Drunkenly serenades Peter at the Daily Bugle, embarrassing him. 8. Shows up at Peter’s apartment wearing a tuxedo, asking Peter to be his date to a charity ball after Johnny’s date cancels.
Finally Peter confront Johnny for his irritating behaviour, only to be told by Johnny he's been trying to get Peter to date him and actually likes him. -

Johnny and Peter wake up in a destroyed lab, being injured the two make there way back to the Baxter building where they find out the two can now share their thoughts, with Peter's be about Johnny's fear for his well-being and Johnny's being about Peter's insecurities. Some miscommunication leads to Johnny believing that Peter is hiding a secret from him, reveal to be him being in love with him. Which leads to a kiss and a realization of love form Johnny, they start dating. The two still have their own fears about the realtionsbip, with Peter being scared of Johnny being pulled into his problems, remembering Gwen, while Johnny fears about hurting Peter as well as his well-being and personal life, as Peter isn't treated well at his job, wanting him to quit the beugal and work with Reed instead. Peter denies this, not wanting to complicate their relationship anymore (Johhny wants Peter to move in with him.
