As Clementine meets a new group of survivors after having been separated from the only ally she'd had for over a year, all of them will have to answer that question for themselves as they struggle against the undead, a vicious would-be dictator, and their own recklessness. A struggle that not all of them will be able to survive…
An alternative take on Season Two of TWDG where the 400 Days Group takes the place of the Cabin Group as the main group of survivors Clementine will link up with. Many more canon divergences await, and little will remain the same with a revamped cast, entirely new storylines, and fresh twists to keep those familiar with the games on their toes. Bruce probably should have thought twice about turning Steve loose in a world (world-tree?) with four whole new universes in it, really. Especially when there’s no limit on how long Steve can stay in any given timeline. He has an excuse for being a little off his game — two excuses, really, between his new injuries and the still-fresh wound of Tony’s death — but that does not mean Steve is going to do anything that could be described as behaving.

Summary
When dropped into a new dungeon with no clear way out, Sky must rely on the help of the Chain to find the “right” way out. In the process of solving puzzles and fighting various enemies, Sky finds his attention drawn to Time as his brother’s appearance seems to only get worse and worse with each passing day for no apparent reason.
Once Sky confronts Time and unearths the reason behind Time’s worsening physical state, Sky’s determination to escape from this dungeon with no clear end results in a decision which shakes Time to his very core.
