Harry had been raised like a pig for slaughter. And he died like one. Or so everyone thought. The day he was meant to face Voldemort, he vanished. No trace, no last words.
In truth he was headed to confront the Dark Lord, but when he found the Resurrection Stone, instead of seeing the dead, he was struck by an ancient curse. Magic shredded through time and left him in the dark forest half a century in the past. Will he be able to get back home? He got even more than he bargained for because Magic always has a price.
Harry wasn't Harry anymore. But he finally had a happy childhood. Mostly. He also had a mission to accomplish: to make his parents work together, to find and tame a very special child, and to win the lost war. Or else...
