It usually takes less than thirty minutes. Due to the number of emails we send out a day, some email providers have been very proactive about marking our account activation emails as spam. If you're on Gmail, they've even been marking it in such a way that it doesn't even end up in your spam folder. If you don't have the email in your inbox at all, send Support a ticket with the username and email you used to sign up and we'll get it straightened out!
