Absolutely adore how much this community cares about the site, it’s kind of funny how often times other companies struggle to meet donation goals but people would pay literally thousands for their fanfics.
I was just thinking the same thing. It's so heartwarming to see people invest and give back to the communities that bring them joy. Particularly since fanfiction writers don't make any money, it's wonderful to see how people are so willing to contribute to the site.
A little math I did, but the average person donated $30. Crazy how just a small group of committed people can fund a whole enterprise.
