I appreciate this; was rly surprised to see the spam comments start to appear here for me since my works are already locked to registered users, tho (I've gotten two scammers within a wk :c).
Regarding the Spam button—it would be helpful if it appeared on *all* comments, at least for OP of said fanwork, not just for guest comments. Bc when I read this news post, I was confused and thought I was missing this feature. But I looked back thru older works where I knew I had old comments from guests…and yeah, only those have the Spam option. Yet the problem rn comes from alleged "Registered users."
Anywho, hang in there, folks! This is hitting all the diff fandom sites, p much, fic-centric or not. Just keep on sharing the love for your favs; we can drown out the scambots. :')
