  1. I understand being cautious, but emoji-only comments aren't at all an effective method for scammers who want to draw you in, and they know that.
    Emoji-only comments are used by all sorts of people, from shy people to those without much to say to people without the spoons to say anything, but not scammers. /not mean

    1. I agree, all-emoji comments are probably the least likely to be a scammer or anything like that, because aside from total nonsense, they're the least likely kind of comment to get a response.

    2. Seconding the spoons thing. Oftentimes I leave a string of hearts when I can't manage anything more articulate. It's important to me to let the author know I liked it, even if that's the best I can do right now.
