He wakes up and sees light coming from the living room. A quick glance at the clock tells him it’s 2:54 a.m. and a quick stretch of his arm tells him that Toshinori is no longer beside him. He sighs and rolls out of bed, making his way to the living room. Toshinori is sitting on the couch, slumped over and eyes unfocused. Without making a sound he sits next to him, waiting for a moment before asking, “Is it alright for me to touch you?”
