“You want me to be able to lie.” It wasn’t a question.
“It’s not lying if you genuinely don’t know,” he pointed out.
“Why would I need to lie to the king of the gods?” she asked, “sorry, don’t answer that. I just,” she breathed out, “how bad is it going to get?”
“Pretty bad.”

Summary
“I fought for them,” Percy said, “I lost sleep, I lost friends! I killed for them and led armies in their name. And he couldn’t do me the decency of keeping his promise?” He gave a harsh laugh. He tried to shake his head free of Apollo’s grip, but the god held true. Maybe it was a minute or maybe it was an hour, but Percy finally began to calm down. His body felt limp and tired from his outburst, and where he once wanted nothing more than to rip himself from Apollo’s hands, now he acknowledged that those warm hands were the only thing keeping him upright.
___There are less than two weeks until the Summer Solstice and Percy and Apollo are on a time crunch. With only two domains under his belt, Apollo is starting to feel the strain. Old flames show back up, new enemies appear, and maybe our boys can navigate a budding romance.
