A fire from the centre of the world dreams of being an elf, but knows those dreams cannot be real. What he encounters upon finally coming to the surface throws everything he thinks he knows into question.

Celebrimbor survives Eregion thanks to a miracle and family loyalty. He and Gil-galad complete the final motions of a dance they’ve been engaged in for several hundred years. Also, there is family bonding.
