In which is conveyed the extraordinary tale of Victorian London's loudest family, the Gates Artificial Diamonds, and a series of unfortunate thefts.
I started this series with a Fall of Gondolin story
set in the 1920s. It has spiralled out of control completely.

Notes:

Some of you may have wondered: why does the entire House of Finwe have the last name Gates? I'll tell you the truth: I started this series with my Gondolin story, and thought that Gates would be a perfect last name for Turgon. Then I realized that, times being what they were, his entire family would probably also have the same surname. And here we are. #iregretnothing
