She closes her eyes and pictures the image again, her father's arm casually slung around the shoulders of a man- No, a monster.
"It was from Fredbear's... You remember Fredbear's, right?" She takes a breath, "Please, Elizabeth, it was your-"
There's a click as the line picks up, and Charlie's heart might as well have sunk out of her chest and onto the floor.
"You know better than to finish that sentence, Charlotte."

Summary
Elizabeth can't seem to fall asleep after leaving the pizzeria and saving Carlton, luckily Charlie is there to keep her company.
(Set as a scene in the middle of the main fic in this series, right after the second chapter, context provided in notes)
Brown eyes meet green in the darkness of the room, illuminated only by the streetlights leaking from behind the curtain. And she thought for sure Charlie would pull away but she doesn't, only blinking a few times, as if to assure herself of what she sees.
Elizabeth doesn't move an inch, letting Charlie's eyes adjust to the darkness and her mind to being awake.
It takes her only a moment before she's meeting Elizabeth's emerald eyes again, and she finally breaks their silence.
"Hey." It's small, quietly whispered in the confines of the bed they share. But Elizabeth feels like the room is a thousand times brighter for it.

Very Elizabeth centric chapter, the parallel to Out of the Frying Pan! bad summary but basically.
Elizabeth goes home, is gay about Charlie, returns to her apartment, and gets gay-terrogated by her mother!
