Summary
It is as if you’ve just stepped into the sun. The room you’re in is bathed in a blinding light. The source of the light is the Savior themself. Powerful rays shoot out from their head, obscuring their face almost entirely. All you see is their glinting eyes.
They sit on a root, animalistic legs crossed politely. If not for the cloak they wear, it’d be hard to even recognize them as human.

Summary
You make your way down the stairs, careful not to slip on the smooth stone. It isn’t long before you reach the end of the stairwell. It opens into a room built of the same dark stone, every sound echoing off of the vaulted ceiling.
The Savior towers over you, almost glowing from the weak starlight filtering in through the window behind him. Against the dark room, it’s almost blinding. Their cloak billows around them, making them seem even larger than he already is.
A thick chain binds his wrist to the wall. You hear every shift in its links.

As you pull yourself through hall after hall after hall, the minutes begin to blur together. Your desperation to escape fuels you, but it’s not enough. This place is maddening and you are so, so, tired.
There’s blood in your mouth, you’re not sure what from. From the person you killed, maybe? Those memories all seem so distant now. Distant like you from your body. You hardly feel real. All you know is the writhing paths you follow down. There’s nothing down here but you. Nothing living. There hasn’t been in a long, long time.
