Summary
Harry has spent his heats alone since he's presented, but his roommate, Niall, is convinced that he needs to try out The Agency - an app that lets alphas and omegas partner for heats. Unsure, he signs up and goes through 5 heats with different alphas. Some are good experiences, others are awful. Summary
Liam Payne has always been a "helper", wanting to make sure people are safe and cared for, no matter the secondary gender. Out of college, he's recruited to do just that, by developing a testing system for "premium matches" at a heat/rut service company called The Agency. He's got a lot of knowledge about heat service, but absolutely no practical experience. He's never allowed an alpha to help him through his own heat, priding himself in efficiency and effectiveness in his own way. Being in control is the only way he knows how to be.
One afternoon, though, an alpha named Zayn comes into the testing center looking to learn all he can to make sure the omegas he services through the app are satisfied. He's also interested in finding out how an "efficient rut service" might be, according to this buttoned-up, successful omega.
And who is Liam to deny someone from learning all they can about the opposite gender? Even if it means sending the most gorgeous man into the arms of another omega...
