Summary
Protagonist (Joel) gets too far on FEMAs bad side, causing 2 agents to intrude in his home. He quickly gathers little girl (Melony) and Best son (Seff) to the basement to keep them safe from FEMA.
Now stuck for 24 hours in spud land via Joels request, they must find a way to pass the time they have left till they can finally leave again go back to watching tv all day.

Summary
Joel (Protagonist) knows the kids and himself can't live in the house for much longer. FEMA thinks they're gone. With that though so will many other citizens that come across his house. Making the chances of a brake in more possible than ever before. He needs to think of a plan to leave his house and find a new home while keeping the kids safe at the same time. He'll have to get through FEMA patrols, visitors, the sun and more before he can finally find a safe space for all 3 of them.
TAGS and characters will be added with new chapters. Hopefully a short fic like the other two. (BTW!!!! recently i have found out best son is in fact NOT a teen... lets just call my series a SLIGHT AU where he is an 18 yr old. that way his appearance can stay the same)
