“Wriothesley?” said Neuvillette, a confused expression on his usually neutral face.
“Yes, Monsieur?” replied Wriothesley innocently, even though he was pretty sure he knew the reason for Neuvillette’s confusion.
“Is that… an otter wrapped around your neck?” Neuvillette’s voice was part baffled and part intrigued as he rose from his seat to join Wriothesley in front of his desk.

Summary
It’s the golden hour, and the sky is beautiful, painted in tones of orange and red, just like the leaves in the trees all around Neuvillette. It is autumn, and the turning of the season brings a slight chill in the air, but the day is still warm enough that it is perfect for an outside wedding.
When Neuvillette crests the hill, he sees his soon to be husband.
Everyone seated on the chairs on each side of the made-up aisle - all of their human friends, including Navia and Clorinde, and most of the Melusines - turn their heads to look at Neuvillette, but the latter only has eyes for Wriothesley.
He looks even more handsome than usual. Especially when a blinding smile appears on his face as he watches Neuvillette approach.
